People Operations Business Partner
Nava
• Support the Manager of People Operations in developing and executing strategies • Organize and lead weekly/monthly meetings with HR and managers • Communicate leadership goals and support managers • Strengthen relationships between HR and managers across business units • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement organizational goals • Focus on workforce planning, employee development, and change management • Drive and manage cross functional HR projects aligned with growth goals • Design and execute strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle • Ensure HR initiatives are effective and scalable within a rapidly growing organization • Help create a fair, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment
Job Requirements
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role
- Strong project management skills, ideally with formal training ( e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean)
- Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of people operations and human resources principles and applicable federal and state regulations
- Strong competency with HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with a cross-functional team
- Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Excel, Apple computers, and other tools used to support a remote-work environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Submit data to external providers, audit final reports, and coordinate with Treasury for funding and salary payments. • Advanced Employee Service: Own the resolution of employee queries through the Jira ticketing system, Slack, and email. Act as the subject matter expert for inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, ax logic, and labor rights, ensuring a high-quality and empathetic service experience. • Financial Reporting & Liaison: Prepare consolidated reports for Accounting and FP&A, tracking variances and ensuring 100% accuracy in payroll impact. • Global Labor Relations: Review and update labor documentation, including localized contract clauses, country-specific requirements, etc. • Compliance & Audit: Manage social security and tax payments.
