• Lead onboarding processes, internal communications (endomarketing) and employee engagement initiatives. • Support leadership on matters related to climate, culture, feedback and people development. • Operate People Ops systems and routines (task tracking, Conexa Saúde, records and internal processes). • Design and monitor learning tracks, employee engagement/climate indicators and well-being initiatives. • Lead recruitment and selection processes, especially for roles related to marketing, digital and technology.
Job Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in HR with a people-focused background (not payroll).
- Experience in dynamic environments, preferably agencies or marketing/digital companies.
- Mid-level profile with the maturity and outlook to progress to senior level.
- Strong communication, active listening and an ability to build trusting relationships.
- Strategic mindset combined with organized execution.
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing scenarios.
- Familiarity with environments that leverage Artificial Intelligence as part of their strategy is a plus.
