• Set and own the strategy for how Nava's Product practice adopts AI, including identifying opportunities, sponsoring pilots, scaling what works, and embedding AI-informed workflows across product teams • Lead Nava's point of view on AI in government product delivery, including how product competency is evolving as AI blurs the lines between product, design, and engineering • Shape how AI products and services are developed and governed in regulated public-sector environments • Keep the practice at the forefront of how modern product teams work, translating emerging methods into repeatable capabilities • Own product strategy for capabilities and solutions that differentiate Nava from competitors • Set direction for the go-to-market strategy for Nava's solutions, driving decisions and holding the work accountable end-to-end • Oversee activities to establish product-market fit for new offerings and reusable assets • Decide where the practice should invest to grow its expertise, methods, and capabilities • Translate delivery insight into opportunity shaping and Nava's competitive positioning • Contribute product expertise to growth opportunities including organic expansion and formal procurements • Identify and staff subject matter experts from the Product practice to support business development proposals • Ensure teams apply Nava's cross-functional delivery model to build modern, user-centered products that achieve strong client outcomes • Partner with portfolio VPs/directors and program managers in Program Delivery to ensure smooth delivery and effective staffing across contracts • Serve as a senior escalation point for product management performance and delivery concerns • Set the standards of excellence, leveling, and career direction for product management and policy strategy at Nava • Lead Product Directors who carry day-to-day management, mentoring, staffing, and development across the practice • Accountable for retention, engagement, performance, and a healthy leadership pipeline • Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement • Partner with the Chief Delivery Officer and executive leadership on product strategy and the direction of the practice • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders where product leadership is the differentiator • Represent Nava externally as a credible voice on product delivery and AI in government

• Assess the existing Azure environment, infrastructure dependencies, and modernization requirements to inform the target architecture • Design the Azure tenant structure, including management groups, subscriptions, landing zones, networking, and resource organization • Define cloud architecture standards, naming conventions, tagging strategies, and architecture decision records (ADRs) • Advise on identity and access management, including Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, and least-privilege access models • Develop secure networking and connectivity patterns between Azure, on-premises systems, federal partners, and external integrations • Define Infrastructure-as-Code standards, reusable modules, repository structure, and CI/CD workflows for development teams • Produce architecture documentation, operational guidance, governance artifacts, and platform runbooks to support long-term maintainability

• Lead end-to-end pricing efforts for federal and state government solicitations, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs), by working closely with business development, program delivery, and other key stakeholders. • Build and refine accurate pricing models that address specific solicitation requirements while answering critical questions that company leadership raises during the bid process. This includes performing cost-volume analysis, ensuring competitive proposals, and confirming price proposals are fully compliant. • Ensure all pricing proposals adhere to applicable FAR, DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and other government regulations, often in partnership with the Contracts and Finance teams. • Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, travel, and other direct/indirect costs on pricing proposals, which includes assisting with development and documentation of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) that substantiate cost estimates, often under tight timelines. • Communicate internally with company business partners and externally with team partners, subcontractors, and prime contractors • Provide strategic support, thought partnership, and financial modeling to support evaluation of specific, company-level issues and financial questions. • Use data, financial systems, and business insight to evaluate trends in company financial performance and how changes would affect business and pricing decisions. • Develop a range of pricing strategies in collaboration with Capture, Contracts, and Finance teams to enhance competitiveness while ensuring profitability. • Identify financial risks associated with proposal submissions and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Develop tools that leverage generative AI along with our technology solutions to assemble functional demos of government digital services for a variety of government programs • Design and implement example applications using our open source platforms that can be demonstrated to potential clients in bids and conferences • Support project teams in using our platforms and iterate based on their feedback

• Support and maintain recruiting workflows and operational processes within Greenhouse ATS • Manage requisition structure, opening setup, pipeline integrity, and workflow hygiene across Talent Acquisition • Partner with TA leadership to improve recruiting operations, candidate movement workflows, and pipeline health visibility • Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow gaps, operational bottlenecks, and reporting inconsistencies • Build, maintain, and validate TA dashboards, reports, and operational metrics • Support recruiter attribution tracking, SLA reporting, pipeline health reporting, and recruiting analytics • Audit recruiting data to ensure reporting accuracy and operational integrity across systems • Help maintain alignment across Greenhouse, Jira, and TA reporting workflows • Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, operational guidance, and reporting standards • Support operational audits and recruiting process governance initiatives • Monitor recruiting operational health and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Staffing, People Operations, and Hiring Teams to support operational consistency • Assist with operational rollout of new recruiting workflows, reporting structures, and process improvements • Support change management and operational scaling efforts as TA continues to evolve

• Design and implement Nava’s enterprise knowledge framework from the ground up: taxonomy, metadata standards, content architecture, and tooling built for both human findability and AI readiness • Assess, maintain, and re-structure Nava’s knowledge base into a scalable base across Nava’s internal systems (Confluence, GDrive, and integrated platforms), ensuring content is structured, deduplicated, and consistently organized • Establish and own documentation standards company-wide: content templates, review cycles, ownership models, and quality criteria • Improve discoverability through information architecture and enterprise search optimization, so the right knowledge surfaces at the right moment across tools and workflows • Own the strategy for making Nava’s knowledge infrastructure AI-ready: ensure content is structured, tagged, and governed in a way that supports AI tools, intelligent search, and agentic workflows • Lead integration between Nava’s knowledge systems (Confluence, GDrive, etc) and the platforms that enable automated and AI-assisted workflows; partner with Technology and Operations to define the framework for how content is consumed by AI systems • Stay current on emerging AI and knowledge engineering capabilities; bring informed recommendations to leadership on where Nava can gain leverage as tooling evolves • Define and enforce governance standards for the full content lifecycle, from creation and review through archival and retirement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and version control at scale • Partner with subject matter experts across functions to capture and convert tacit knowledge into structured, reusable content • Build the measurement framework for knowledge management at Nava: define KPIs for content health, usage, search success, and time saved, and track attribution back to business impact • Build proactive relationships with leaders across Delivery, People Operations, Finance, Growth, and Operations to surface knowledge gaps and align on priorities; develop training, templates, and playbooks that enable contributors across functions to create and maintain knowledge that meets Nava’s standards • Opportunity to build a team as the function scales, based on business need

• Inventory and map Nava’s core internal operations across cross-functional teams and shared services; identify the highest-impact gaps and sequence improvement work accordingly • Design and implement improved processes that reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and produce measurable outcomes; establish and maintain a living process inventory across the org • Own the change management required to make transformation stick: build stakeholder alignment, drive adoption of new frameworks and ways of working, and bring cross-functional teams along with clarity and conviction • Lead the evaluation and decision-making process for where Nava should build AI-powered solutions, use external tools, or optimize human-led processes; developing a clear framework for assessing readiness, ROI, and risk; ensure tooling decisions follow process design rather than precede it • Partner with engineering, data, and operations to translate documented processes into viable candidates for automation or AI augmentation • Track the AI and automation solutions portfolio across the Operations function, ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, measured, and integrated into the broader operational roadmap • Stay current on emerging AI tooling and agentic workflow capabilities; bring informed recommendations to leadership on where Nava can gain leverage • Own central operations for the Ops & Automation function: define how work is prioritized, how decisions get made, and how initiatives are tracked from scoping through delivery • Define the operational excellence framework Nava uses to assess and score core business processes; establish KPIs and leading indicators, and stand up measurement infrastructure to monitor performance over time • Identify which operational functions are candidates for a shared services model; design those models including ownership, SLAs, handoff points, and governance; lead phased stand-up • Provide process and automation support to Staffing Operations as it stabilizes and scales • Build proactive, trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders across Delivery, People Operations, Finance, and Growth; communicate progress, roadblocks, and recommendations to the VP, Ops & Automation and senior leadership with clarity and confidence • As the function matures, opportunity to build and lead a team as the function scales; the right person will help define what that team needs to look like

• Provide project control support for monthly close activities, including variance analysis across revenue, margin, billable hours, and other key performance drivers • Own project-level billing and invoicing, working closely with Accounting, Contracts, and Program Managers to prepare accurate, timely invoices in accordance with contract terms • Prepare and maintain Estimates-at-Completion (EACs), analyzing budget vs. forecast vs. actuals and identifying financial and operational trends • Conduct contract and subcontract administration, including monitoring funding levels and analyzing project cost, schedule, performance, risks, and variances • Reconcile unbilled balances, provide regular status updates on overdue invoices, support timesheet reviews, and maintain billing and project financial tracking files • Partner with Program Managers and Directors to support day-to-day project financial management, translating financial data into actionable insights • Develop and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards to program leadership and company executives • Support executive briefings, ad-hoc financial analysis, and decision support across a portfolio of projects • Coordinate with program leadership to ensure project execution remains aligned with approved budgets and financial plans
