• Serve as the lead ServiceNow Architect, providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. • Architect and deliver scalable, high-performing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client requirements, with a focus on Human Resources (HR) workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and implementation plans. • Lead the development and deployment of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance processes. • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides. • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
Job Requirements
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Human Resources (HR) certification.
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, JSON). • Build and maintain integrations with critical business systems. • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve platform performance. • Collaborate closely with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. • Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
