• Independently qualify commercial leads • Conduct discovery meetings and present solutions at a functional level • Support the preparation of technical proposals for medium-complexity opportunities • Perform active prospecting, manage accounts, and run discovery meetings to identify customer pain points and maturity • Present the company and ServiceNow and ITAM solutions at a functional level, mapping needs to the portfolio • Define next steps, structure advancement plans, and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies • Prepare technical proposals of low to medium complexity and serve as a bridge between leads, closers, and vendors • Keep the CRM updated with strategic records and ensure pipeline predictability • Meet individual targets for generating and qualifying opportunities.
• Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions to meet clients' specific needs. • Provide support to clients in resolving questions related to the ServiceNow platform. • Assist in preparing training sessions for end users on how to effectively use the ServiceNow platform. • Support creation, creation and/or updating of technical documentation, including user manuals, implementation guides, standard operating procedures, etc. • Properly document developed code, implemented processes, and adopted technical solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and facilitating future maintenance. • Participate in quality testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet client requirements and are free of defects. • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for implementation in ServiceNow. • Work closely with other team members to ensure the success of ServiceNow projects.
