• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Node.js and ExpressJS, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. • Build, optimize, and secure robust RESTful APIs and microservices capable of handling high-throughput production workloads. • Architect efficient relational database models (SQL), optimizing complex queries and managing schema design to ensure transaction integrity. • Take an active role in technical decisions, system architecture design, and the continuous improvement of the engineering lifecycle. • Participate heavily in code reviews, providing constructive architectural feedback to team members to ensure alignment with corporate quality standards. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner, guaranteeing system high availability. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to translate technical and business requirements into production-ready software solutions. • Foster a strong DevOps culture by leveraging containerization (Docker) to streamline local development and production deployment pipelines. • Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, technical refinement, and retrospectives.

• Liderar, coordinar y resolver de manera eficiente las actividades de Incidentes Mayores en entornos PRE para restaurar el servicio a la mayor brevedad • Conducir controles de salud diarios (health checks), asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas operativas y emitir informes de preparación (readiness reporting) • Impulsar el análisis de causa raíz (RCA), identificar tendencias y realizar el seguimiento de acciones preventivas tras un incidente • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de infraestructura, aplicaciones, soporte, desarrollo y testing (incluyendo la coordinación de pruebas de rendimiento) • Elaborar y distribuir comunicaciones claras, estructuradas y precisas durante las crisis operativas y foros de gobierno

• Liderar y facilitar el CAB diario (Change Advisory Board): revisar, evaluar, programar y autorizar los cambios y pruebas de alto impacto. • Coordinar despliegues multisistema: trabajar mano a mano con equipos de infraestructura, desarrollo y sistemas distribuidos en entornos híbridos (JAVA, AWS Cloud, Mainframe, WebSphere, etc.). • Gestión de riesgos: verificar y validar los planes de ejecución, rollback (vuelta atrás) y contingencia para cambios críticos. • Gobernanza de datos: supervisar la ingesta y el control de datos desde entornos PRO y MIG, garantizando el enmascaramiento y la confidencialidad. • Gestión de Stakeholders: actuar como puente de comunicación clave entre equipos técnicos internos, proveedores y responsables del programa.

Role Description - Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot; - Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs to support IoT platforms and web applications; - Work with large volumes of data related to IoT SIM connectivity, monitoring, and management; - Integrate backend services with MongoDB and Elasticsearch; - Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate server-side logic with web applications (React.js knowledge is a plus); - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability; - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices; - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues; - Collaborate with international teams in an English-speaking environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; - 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java; - Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot; - Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; - Solid experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch; - Experience working with large-scale or data-intensive systems; - Familiarity with React.js or frontend technologies (nice to have); - Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows; - Experience in Agile environments; - Fluency in English (spoken and written); - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setup. • Serve as a key bridge between digital, creative, and content processes and their automated execution using AI across the entire global Devoteam group. • Design, document, and implement AI-driven marketing workflows, fostering experimentation, and accelerating the adoption of innovative technologies. • Design, build, and optimize automated marketing workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Make.com or n8n. • Integrate and leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini and Claude to automate content creation and operational processes. • Manage, synchronize, and track marketing data across core platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and corporate social media channels. • Execute and support hands-on creative tasks, including digital copywriting, basic editing, and minor graphic design. • Lead continuous experimentation with emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep marketing operations at the vanguard. • Drive "Change Adoption" by mentoring, training, and guiding internal marketing teams to integrate AI into their daily routines. • Collaborate closely with the Group’s Brand & Content Director to ensure strategic alignment, brand consistency, and high visibility of innovation initiatives. • Design and maintain data dashboards to track process efficiency, performance, and the ROI of implemented automations.
