• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear ServiceNow specifications. • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals. • Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture needs and enhance UX. • Contribute to solution design for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps. • Support estimations, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives. • Promote adoption and best practices for ServiceNow usage.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow BA or Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
