Compliance Lead

• Own and maintain the Project Delivery System (PDS) as the company’s single source of truth for delivery standards • Ensure the PDS clearly defines what good project delivery looks like across the organization • Maintain standards, workflows, templates, tools, and guidance within the PDS • Ensure standards are organized in a clear, structured, and accessible format • Maintain examples, reference materials, and “go-by” documentation supporting project teams • Support Lessons Learned workshops and project post-mortems • Partner with the QA Manager and delivery teams to identify recurring quality issues and systemic execution gaps • Perform root cause analysis on delivery failures, defects, or process breakdowns • Identify opportunities to improve standards, workflows, or delivery processes • Convert lessons learned into updated PDS standards and process improvements • Track improvement initiatives and ensure changes are implemented into the PDS • Own the governance model for how the Project Delivery System is enforced across the organization • Define what compliance means at each phase gate, role, and discipline • Establish expectations for process adherence, documentation, and execution standards • Partner with QA Manager and delivery leadership to ensure alignment between quality enforcement and process compliance • Identify and address systemic breakdowns in execution, not just isolated non-compliance • Drive accountability for adherence to PDS standards across departments and project teams • Define escalation paths and enforcement mechanisms for non-compliance • Define the measurement framework for Project Delivery System adoption and compliance • Establish KPIs and leading indicators that reflect operational discipline and delivery quality • Design and implement scalable reporting structures and dashboards • Analyze compliance and performance data to identify systemic risks, trends, and improvement opportunities • Provide executive-level visibility into operational maturity and adherence to delivery standards • Partner with the Training & Onboarding team within the BMO
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of complex project delivery environments, including building automation, mission-critical infrastructure, and data centers.
- Knowledge of project delivery lifecycles, phase gates, and cross-disciplinary workflows (engineering, commissioning, field execution).
- Knowledge of process governance, quality management systems, and operational excellence practices.
- Knowledge of documentation standards, knowledge management systems, and structured process design.
- Knowledge of compliance monitoring, audit practices, and enforcement mechanisms within project environments.
- Skill in translating project execution experience into structured standards, workflows, templates, and guidance.
- Skill in root cause analysis and identifying systemic process and execution issues.
- Skill in designing and implementing governance models and compliance frameworks.
- Skill in data analysis, KPI development, and building reporting dashboards for performance tracking.
- Skill in facilitating collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders.

Role Description The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all credentialing and compliance-related processes across the organization.
