Role Description The BAS / Controls Project Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the project. This person will work as part of the project team and interact closely with the owner, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other trades on projects in commercial and mission-critical environments. The role may assist with the permitting process, evaluating bid proposals, developing construction master plans and schedules, performing site inspections, facilitating communication, and ensuring compliance with owner’s requirements, applicable laws, and specifications. The BAS / Controls Project Manager will receive limited direction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. Will assist project leadership on projects of routine scope. Will work independently or under limited supervision. The BAS / Controls Project Manager will communicate and operate in line with organizational and client goals and values, as well as departmental objectives. • Lead project initiation, design-assist, long-lead procurement, RFIs/submittals, site installation, startup, functional testing, integrated systems testing, and turnover on parallel schedules • Manage BAS/controls scope with HVAC controls, equipment integrations, front-end graphics, IT / OT networks, electrical / power monitoring interfaces, and owner building-management platforms • Develop optimized work sequences and deployment strategies to meet client schedule and operational readiness targets • Evaluate and review subcontractor proposals and provide recommendations on contract award • Own budgets, cash-flow forecasts, contingency management, and earned-value tracking • Prepare change orders and negotiate contractual adjustments with clients and trade partners • Identify critical-path risks (supply chain, labor, permitting, commissioning, and project sequencing) and implement mitigation strategies • Chair weekly project meetings with owner, GC, trade partners, subcontractors, and commissioning authority • Mentor project engineers / assistant PMs; project and allocate resources across multiple projects • Champion company core convictions: Service Leadership, Customer Intimacy, Operational Excellence. • Leverage digital twins, BIM 360/Procore, and AI-driven analytics to enhance schedule certainty and drive continuous improvement • Contribute to company best-practice standards and libraries for BAS / Controls delivery.

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical construction projects under the direction of a Project Manager. • Own defined portions of project execution—such as RFIs, submittals, schedules, procurement coordination, and change management support. • Serve as a key link between project management, field teams, vendors, and internal support functions. • Prepare, track, and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and related documentation. • Support project kickoff activities, coordination meetings, and ongoing communication. • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to support execution and resolve routine issues. • Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and trackers. • Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules and milestone tracking. • Support procurement activities including material tracking, lead time coordination, and delivery alignment. • Interface professionally with clients, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors as directed by the Project Manager.

• Lead BIM and VDC efforts for building automation and EPMS scope on assigned critical infrastructure projects. • Develop, maintain, and update project models for BAS and EPMS system panels, field devices, conduit, and raceways. • Lead integration of company scope into the project federated model in coordination with trade partners and project stakeholders. • Perform clash detection and constructability review using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud. • Drive issue tracking, follow-up, and resolution of model conflicts affecting installation, access, coordination, or sequencing. • Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, installation teams, and external designers to manage real-time model updates throughout construction. • Contribute to field issue resolution by validating constructability and helping align model content with installation requirements. • Maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle and support development of complete and reliable as-built conditions. • Help establish and improve BIM / VDC standards, workflows, and best practices across projects. • Generate and maintain clash reports, issue logs, model status updates, and coordination tracking documentation for assigned projects. • Communicate model coordination priorities, open issues, and required follow-up actions to internal teams and trade partners. • Create visuals and exhibits to support construction logistics, project phasing, installation planning, and stakeholder presentations. • Provide regular updates to project leadership on model progress, coordination status, field impacts, and risk areas. • Support documentation of as-built model completeness and turnover deliverables at project closeout. • Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires from offer acceptance through role integration • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate new hire orientation sessions • Deliver onboarding content across BMO standards, company culture, tools, and processes • Coordinate with HR, IT, and functional leaders to ensure new hire equipment, access, and pre-start logistics are completed on time • Manage onboarding checklists, timelines, and follow-through tasks for each new hire cohort • Assist the Onboarding & Training Specialist in updating and maintaining onboarding materials • Track and document onboarding milestone completion, participation records, and new hire progress • Provide general administrative support to the BMO team as needed

• Provide strategic leadership in Critical Infrastructure department to plan, execute, and close large‑scale automation and integration programs. • Manage fast‑paced projects ranging from 20 MW to 200 MW+, coordinating cross‑functional teams (BAS, PLC/SCADA, HVAC, electrical, and IT/OT networks) from design through integrated systems testing and owner turnover. • Act as the primary interface between contractors, equipment OEMs, commissioning agents, and hyperscale owner teams. • Drive aggressive schedules using phase overlap, prefabrication, and modular deployment strategies while upholding safety, quality, and reliability targets. • Own program P&L, risk management, and executive‑level reporting for high value projects and programs. • Communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives. • Self-direct on day-to-day work and receive high level instruction on new projects, tasks or assignments. • Execute and lead teams and projects, tasks or assignments of complex scope. • May coordinate activities of other personnel.

Role Description The Lead Systems Engineer provides leadership, expertise, and delegates work for design document deliverables for building automation system (BAS), electrical power monitoring system (EPMS), and software integration design projects in hyperscale data center and similar mission critical / technology sectors. The Lead Systems Engineer will work with internal and external MEP/FP trade engineers, equipment representatives, product vendors, and BIM / Revit / AutoCAD production resources. This role also will coordinate activities of other personnel and serve as a people manager, communicating and operating in line with organizational goals / values, and departmental objectives. Role Description The Systems Engineer IV – Design provides technical support and leadership to plan, schedule, and execute design document deliverables for building automation system (BAS), electrical power monitoring system (EPMS), and software integration design projects in hyperscale data center and similar mission critical / technology sectors. The Systems Engineer IV – Design will work with internal and external MEP/FP engineers, ICT engineers, equipment representatives, equipment vendors, BIM / Revit / AutoCAD production resources and client staff to ensure proper design and acceptance of Building Automation Systems. This person will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives. • The Senior Preconstruction Project Manager leads front-end project planning for large-scale mission-critical and data center construction opportunities prior to award. • This role is responsible for developing proposal-phase manpower plans, labor forecasts, preliminary project schedules, execution strategies, and pre-award risk assessments that improve pursuit quality, increase schedule certainty, and better position Smart Tech Contracting to win and successfully launch complex projects. • This role works closely with business development, estimating, operations, and technical and field leadership to translate conceptual scope, bid documents, and pursuit assumptions into a practical project delivery plan. • The Senior Preconstruction Project Manager ensures that labor assumptions, sequencing strategies, schedule milestones, staffing needs, and project startup requirements are clearly defined during the pursuit process and can be efficiently transferred to the delivery team once a project is awarded. • The ideal candidate brings strong experience from large construction programs in building automation, industrial automation, electrical, mechanical, ICT, industrial automation, or other mission-critical trade environments. • The Senior Preconstruction Project Manager will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.
