Role Description You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients by auditing care records, inclusive of client and caregiver files, in a timely and efficient manner. - Implement audit strategies and plans to assess the quality of care and compliance with regulations. - Support the response to requests from external auditors (e.g., payors or regulators) timely, including quality of care concerns, payor record requests, and re-credentialing audits. - Conduct audits of processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. - Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. - Work with teams to identify action plans to address audit findings and support implementation of corrective actions. - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and patients or clients. - Collaborate with other departments (Operations, HR, Program Enrollment, IT, etc.) to conduct audits. - May support projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High School Diploma required. - One (1) plus years of related experience and/or training. - Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. - Highly detail oriented and organized. - Proficient in Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook). - Understanding of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards, as well as industry best practices and emerging trends strongly preferred.
