• Manage up to 10 active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and candidate experience. • Partner with hiring managers to fully understand technical requirements, team needs, and success factors for each role. • Conduct comprehensive candidate screens that evaluate technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit. • Maintain an average of three candidate screening interviews per day. • Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, talent communities, and other creative sourcing methods. • Develop and maintain pipelines of engineering, manufacturing, technical, and professional talent. • Present qualified candidates with detailed assessments and recommendations. • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation, offer presentation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination. • Actively engage passive candidates and build long-term talent relationships. • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and reporting within the applicant tracking system. • Meet recruiting performance metrics related to quality, speed, hiring manager satisfaction, and successful placements.
• Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time (primarily blue-collar/skilled trades) • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to source and qualify candidates • Screen candidates in both English and French • Quickly assess candidate fit and move qualified candidates to submission • Partner with hiring managers to prioritize urgent needs • Maintain accurate tracking in ATS • Consistently meet weekly activity and hiring targets
• Reviewing supplier documents, specifically legislation compliance reports, declarations of conformity, technical files, bills of materials, components, lists etc. • Peer review of contract documents such as requirements, technical compliance matrices, ITTs etc for legislative requirements • Liaising with programme managers, engineering managers, technical authorities and engineers • Attending meetings with suppliers to help find solutions to issues with supplier documentation • Provide technical guidance to other engineers and support the engineering management team in planning and controlling specialist activities • Work with various engineering teams to improve own levels of domain knowledge and subject matter expertise
