Associate Program Manager – Demand Response
CLEAResult
• Overseeing all phases of client programs from inception to completion • Focused on the oversight of exciting new demand response programs in the MidAtlantic region • Collaborate with utilities to deliver impactful energy efficiency, energy transition, and decarbonization initiatives • Ensure that utility partners and their customers receive a high level of service and innovative offerings that benefit the grid • Manage a portion of a large client contract or several small contracts with oversight from manager • Execute scopes of work for compliance and client satisfaction • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams typically consisting of 3-7 people • May have direct people management with a span of control for 1-4 people • Projects and programs have moderate complexity and risk
Job Requirements
- Relevant work experience plus 2-4 years project management
- 1+ years people management
- Bachelor’s degree
