• Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. • Build strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Negotiate and close renewal contracts, working closely with our sales team. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the value that we provide to our customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.

• Authoring and maintaining image definition files that track upstream OSS project releases, define build steps, and keep our catalogue current across dozens of images • Adapting upstream Helm charts (cert-manager, grafana, mongodb, kyverno, and many more) to work with DHI images - handling security constraints, non-root contexts, and Kubernetes compatibility concerns • Tracking upstream version releases and semver patterns across monorepos and standard repos, handling major version breaks and dependency chains • Writing Go-based integration tests that validate images and charts behave correctly in real Kubernetes environments • Triaging CVEs and contributing to security hardening decisions across images • Reviewing peers' definitions and chart PRs against established conventions and catching subtle issues before they reach customers

• Own and drive the compliance program roadmap, aligning framework requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001) with business objectives and product strategy • Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives with Engineering, Product, Legal, and IT, serving as the authoritative voice on governance and risk matters • Design and maintain Docker’s unified control framework, including cross-mapping to NIST 800-53 and identifying control gaps across multiple standards • Plan and execute internal audits end-to-end: scoping, evidence collection, control testing, findings management, and external auditor coordination • Advise GRC Engineering on correct integrations to configure and controls that require automated monitoring • Perform and lead risk assessments across systems, processes, third-party tools, and cloud configurations, translating findings into actionable risk treatment plans • Own the vendor risk management program, evaluating third-party vendors against compliance and security standards and driving remediation of identified gaps • Draft, review, and maintain corporate security policies and map them to relevant control standards, ensuring alignment across frameworks • Establish and report on compliance metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven visibility into program maturity to leadership • Stay current with evolving regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27xxx, SOC 2, GDPR, AI governance regulations) and proactively assess their impact on Docker’s compliance posture

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales and pipeline targets. • Own Central region revenue execution across net-new ARR, expansion, qualified opportunity creation, and forecast accuracy. • Run a disciplined weekly operating cadence across forecast reviews, pipeline inspection, deal strategy, rep 1:1s, call review, and performance coaching. • Recruit, onboard, enable, and support top-tier Account Executives in partnership with Talent, Enablement, RevOps, and Sales leadership. • Evaluate AE performance and provide clear coaching and guidance to improve productivity, customer engagement, and sales execution. • Inspect and validate opportunity health, including stage accuracy, forecast category, close date, value, next step, champion, economic buyer, compelling event, competitive risk, and close plan. • Help AEs generate interest in Docker commercial products, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, and expand relationships with existing customers through additional products and services. • Spearhead growth and adoption of Docker within the existing user base by helping AEs translate product usage, developer signals, security needs, and business priorities into commercial opportunities. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Renewals, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Channel teams to improve customer outcomes and scale repeatable plays. • Share field feedback with Product and Marketing to inform roadmap, messaging, enablement, campaigns, and competitive positioning. • Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and communicate regional performance, risk, upside, and support needs to senior leadership. • Model Docker’s virtues through developer obsession, humble confidence, bias for considered action, open collaboration, and outcome-driven leadership.

• Own the roadmap and execution for data modeling, delivering data insights, prioritizing projects that align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI. • Accountable for establishing, providing, maintaining, and owning Docker’s single source of truth for data • Facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify their data capabilities and align on objectives. • Maintain business capability, data, and processes while transitioning data services to an optimized state. • Mature data models using a framework that delivers on near-term business needs while optimizing for future needs at scale. • Partner in the strategic planning process by providing input to the definition of initiatives while providing visibility to impact, dependencies, overlaps, and opportunities. • Work closely with engineers, analyst and Data scientists to identify technical requirements and design, execute, and evolve data models for use across multiple analytic solutions. • Oversee data optimization projects across all business partners, from analysis through planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. • Build data strategy for Docker. • Build internal and external data products. • Responsible for the data project backlog and roadmap • Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to data teams in the Data and Growth organization. • Own vendor relationships and define processes related to the evaluation and selection process of third-party systems/applications • Lead continuous analysis and improvement of data tech stack features, utilization, releases, best practices, and return on investments that align with the company & functional vision and strategy. • Build strong feedback loops with business partners (Onboarding, Knowledge Management, Methodology, Instructional Design) to create synergies across the collective data stakeholders.

• Partner with engineering and product teams throughout the development lifecycle to identify security risks early, from design review through code review and release. • Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews for new and evolving product features, with particular focus on authentication, authorization, and container runtime security. • Serve as the team's primary liaison to the organization's security group, attending security syncs, relaying guidance, and translating central policy into practical engineering decisions. • Act as the first point of contact for incoming vulnerability reports and CVEs: validate severity, reproduce issues, coordinate disclosure timelines, and drive remediation with the relevant engineers. • Review Go code with a security mindset, identifying classes of issues such as privilege escalation, insecure defaults, injection risks, and improper credential handling. • Contribute security-focused improvements directly to the codebase where appropriate. • Develop and maintain internal security documentation, guidelines, and runbooks for the team. • Stay current on the Linux security landscape as it pertains to containers: namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, AppArmor, capabilities, and the evolving OCI ecosystem.
