• Ensuring site adherence to global validation policies and procedures • High level support for Capital Project validation within the network • Provide support for regulatory/customer audits, documents and engagements as needed to foster successful business outcomes • Support sites as needed with pre-inspection readiness within CQV space • Commissioning, Qualification and Validation SME

• Conduct fraud risk assessments for new products, services, and feature enhancements • Lead cross-functional fraud management initiatives from concept through execution • Coordinate with Fraud Strategy, Fraud Operations, Product, IT, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure effective fraud control implementation • Track and report program deliverables, risks, and timelines to leadership • Support post-event reviews and remediation efforts for fraud incidents • Ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory expectations, and internal governance • Develop and maintain project documentation, fraud requirements, and change management records

• Delivery Planning & Execution • Create and maintain comprehensive milestone plans for all engineering workstreams, clearly defining deliverables, timelines, and success criteria • Identify and map dependencies across teams, products, and initiatives to proactively mitigate delivery risks • Track project progress across all engineering teams, identifying slippage early and working with teams to develop mitigation strategies • Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and ensure alignment between engineering, product, and operations • Run program status meetings and coordinate cross-team synchronization to keep initiatives on track • Resource Management • Manage resource allocation across engineering workstreams, ensuring optimal utilization and identifying capacity constraints • Identify resource contention issues and work with engineering leadership to resolve conflicts and prioritize work • Provide visibility into resource capacity planning to support strategic hiring and contractor decisions • Partner with third-party vendors and offshore teams to ensure delivery commitments are understood and met • Engineering Metrics & Reporting • Establish and maintain comprehensive engineering metrics including velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency, and quality metrics • Build and maintain executive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into engineering delivery and health • Partner with Product Operations to ensure alignment on success metrics and delivery KPIs • Generate regular status reports for engineering leadership and executive stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on metrics insights and delivery patterns • Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management • Establish and refine delivery management processes, tools, and best practices across engineering • Champion Agile/DevOps practices and drive adoption of delivery excellence standards • Serve as a trusted partner to engineering directors and VPs on delivery strategy and operational excellence • Navigate organizational complexity and build strong relationships across engineering, product, and business teams

• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Building the strategy and business plans while leading the implementation to deliver growth of the PSD products solutions • Collaboration and execution with the SIBG Strategic Account Team • Work collaboratively with the US Core Regional Sales Managers and US Fall Protection Sales Managers to develop regional business plans to identify target accounts, national strategic accounts, and competitive accounts to exceed growth targets • Overseeing, driving, and managing the successful execution of business strategies to profitability for strategic accounts • Managing the profitable growth of end-user customers’ sales revenue and market share • Identifying, building, and executing a strategic account pipeline of opportunities for deeper collaboration with PSD cross-functional team members (i.e., Marketing Portfolio Team Members and Application Engineering)
