Job Responsibilities The Analytics & Delivery team is a trusted business partner regarded as data experts, able to translate data into actionable insights to drive Circana’s clients’ business performance. A Summer Associate will support one of the following teams: - Audience Desk – responsible for building and distributing audiences based on past purchase data. Using Circana-specific tools and working with multiple teams (including offshore, commercial, and product), the AD works to provide agency partners & clients with segments of buyers (measured as households) that are then used for various media campaigns. - Media Lift– analyzes media campaigns run by advertisers and retailers by linking exposure data to data from retailer loyalty card databases to determine if the media that was delivered to a household drove an increase in purchasing. - Marketing Mix– uses data modeling to help clients evaluate and optimize the performance of their marketing efforts as they relate to product sales and return on investment - Strategic Analytics – leverages Circana data and solutions to deliver data on trade marketing, pricing, promotion and other analytic techniques to drive actionable insights for clients. Requirements - Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field with a quantitative component expecting to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. - Experience in or knowledge of the Retail or CPG industry preferred (e.g., School projects, case study, or relevant work experience). - Academic knowledge/coursework in finance, economics, statistics, marketing or marketing analytics, data visualization, and/or logic is preferred - Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking ability, relentless attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, ability to work collaboratively on a team, etc. - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.) - Technology aptitude and willingness to learn and work on new solutions and platforms - Creative problem solving skills, ability to frame a business problem, design and execute an analysis plan, and understand and synthesize data findings into business insights and translate into creative data visualizations Circana Behaviors Beyond technical skills, experience, and role-specific attributes, these shared behaviors are fundamental to our culture and success. Job Requirements
