For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $98,000 - $147,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for optimizing the EV Connect HubSpot portal to support the Commercial line of business and its internal teams’ day-to- day operations. They are the subject-matter expert for the EV Connect HubSpot portal: responsible for managing day-to-day platform administration, improving system efficiency, and aligning EV Connect’s CRM operations HubSpot with Commercial business goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate balances operational rigor with business empathy, enabling frontline teams while protecting data integrity, automation principles, and long-term scalability. The key functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the EV Connect HubSpot portal. - Design, implement and refine pipelines and HubSpot-native automations to streamline business processes. - Design, implement and refine custom objects to support business use cases. - Build and manage sequences, forms, and lists that align with Commercial Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience initiatives. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making across departments. - Implement and maintain integrations within the EV Connect HubSpot portal, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Provide technical support and training to internal users and stakeholders. - Enforce CRM data standards, field definitions, and required inputs. - Conduct regular audits to ensure clean data and system performance. - Serve as an operational gatekeeper for CRM changes within the EV Connect HubSpot portal, ensuring modifications align with scalability and automation goals. - Partner with Residential/Home CRM leadership on data architecture alignment and cross-portal strategy. - Stay updated with HubSpot’s latest features and best practices to continuously improve our setup. - 4+ years of experience administering HubSpot platform - Strong understanding of B2B revenue processes and go-to-market workflows - Demonstrated ability to balance speed with governance - Process-driven mindset with attention to detail - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Bias toward automation and standardization Let us learn about you!
