Senior Sales Operations Specialist

• Prepare and manage customer quotes and orders in accordance with company policies and pricing structures. • Process complex customer orders including equipment, parts, and special-order requests. • Review and validate order details including pricing, configurations, payment information, and shipping requirements. • Identify and resolve order-related issues such as pricing discrepancies, contract deviations, and fulfillment delays. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery. • Support industry trade shows and sales events. • Act as the operational point of contact for strategic and national accounts. • Coordinate cross-functional activities related to installations, training schedules, and system deliveries. • Track sales projects, backlog reporting, and high-value opportunities to ensure successful execution. • Provide professional and timely support to customers and sales representatives via phone and email in English and French. • Maintain proactive communication regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution. • Manage sales and service escalations with a customer-focused approach. • Act as a central point of contact between Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and Logistics. • Generate and analyze order and backlog reports. • Provide guidance and operational expertise to junior team members. • Support initiatives related to CRM and ERP systems to improve operational workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Business Operations.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and managing complex orders.
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
