• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) as Scrum Lead • Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and system requirements • Translate functional requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Support Azure cloud migration efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Coordinate testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking • Ensure compliance with ITAR data regulations and related security controls • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, compliance) • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution • Apply systems thinking to analyze complex processes and dependencies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Functional Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role in complex IT projects
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Solid background in test coordination and execution
- Familiarity with ITAR regulations and data handling controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
