• Build an administrative interface for the banking core to allow Operations and IT teams to configure, manage, and monitor all parameters and functionalities of the banking system, providing greater control and visibility over processes such as PIX, collections, and payments.

• Support incidents, track technical debt and team metrics • Lead continuous improvements (PDCA) and oversee CI/CD pipeline governance together with the DevSecOps team.

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications (Core and Framework); • Package applications into containers (Docker) and deploy with Kubernetes; • Configure application monitoring and observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing); • Automate environment provisioning (Terraform + pipelines); • Manage sensitive variables and configuration via secrets managers; • Implement feature flags and canary release / blue-green deployment strategies; • Participate in architecture reviews to ensure DevOps and Cloud-Native best practices; • Provide support for application instrumentation and telemetry.

• Act as a full-cycle developer, responsible for developing, testing, publishing, and maintaining code. • Gather technical requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the business needs. • Develop .NET backend solutions with an emphasis on quality, clarity, and documentation. • Execute unit, integration, and validation tests in a staging/UAT environment to ensure software reliability. • Implement and monitor integrations with third-party systems, especially with SERC. • Analyze and support processing of high-volume data (on the order of millions of records per day). • Work collaboratively with the Tech Lead, receiving general direction while driving development autonomously.
