Role Description The Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy is accountable for driving enterprise value creation through disciplined capital allocation, strategic M&A, and execution of high-impact growth initiatives. This role owns the full lifecycle of inorganic growth—from acquisition thesis through integration—and leads enterprise-level strategy with a bias toward execution, EBITDA impact, and long-term scalability. - Board / Sponsor Exposure: Regular interaction with Board of Directors and PE Sponsor - The EVP operates as a core member of the executive leadership team and a trusted partner to the CEO, CRO and Board, with responsibility for outcomes rather than advisory support. Qualifications - Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions. - Strong background in enterprise strategy and strategic initiatives. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Requirements - Own the company’s M&A strategy and acquisition thesis in alignment with enterprise priorities. - Build and manage a proactive acquisition pipeline across target markets, capabilities, and geographies. - Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiation, and approval. - Serve as the primary management interface to the PE sponsor and Board on acquisition opportunities and recommendations. - Own post-acquisition integration planning and execution. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver revenue synergies, cost efficiencies, and margin expansion. - Establish clear post-close KPIs and accountability against the investment case. - Define and execute enterprise-level strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. - Lead development of the company’s multi-year strategic roadmap in partnership with the CEO and executive team. - Evaluate and recommend growth initiatives, including organic investments, market entry, service expansion, and build-versus-buy decisions. - Own and lead a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives with clear financial and operational outcomes [Value Creation Plan]. - Translate strategy into executable plans with defined milestones, KPIs, and ownership. Role Description Responsible for deploying and scaling high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure for scientific applications within a pharmaceutical R&D setting. - Focus on packaging complex scientific workloads—such as R, Python, MATLAB. - Set up Azure CycleCloud clusters. - Support secure, scalable, and compliant processing of clinical R&D data. - Facilitate the shift from on-premises HPC to cloud-native solutions, optimizing performance and meeting industry standards. - Deploy HPC cloud using Azure CycleCloud. - Design and configure Azure HPC CycleCloud clusters with SLURM scheduler. - Develop hardened GSK Linux VM golden images for HPC-Cloud, ensuring compliance with GSK standards. - Build login/head nodes and set up dynamic scaling of compute nodes based on job needs. - Evaluate HPC-Cloud deployment and migration proof of concept. - Package scientific applications with R, Python, and MATLAB. - Apply best practices for cloud-native HPC operations. - Optimize on-demand provisioning for CycleCloud clusters. - Migrate scientific applications from on-prem HPC to HPC-Cloud. Qualifications - Experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure, Linux operating systems, and shell scripting. - Strong knowledge of HPC architecture, Azure CycleCloud, and SLURM job scheduling. - Familiarity with MS Azure Cloud, Image Bakery, and cloud migration approaches. - Proficiency in R, Python, MATLAB, and Linux-based scientific computing. Requirements - Very Specific Skill Set, All in RED. - MSP experience would be a huge +. - More Certs the better. MUST have a few to begin with. Role Description We are looking for a Senior/Lead AWS Integration Developer to design and build cloud-native, API-driven and event-based integrations on AWS. This role will focus on modernizing BizTalk integrations into AWS-native architecture. - Project: Migrating 200–300 BizTalk interfaces to AWS-native integrations. - This is a very Sr level Position!!
