• Serve as primary liaison with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) • Administer and manage all contract activities, deliverables, and reporting requirements • Maintain project cost, schedule, and performance data • Meet regularly with government program managers to advise on deliverables and project issues • Facilitate overall strategy development at the project and program levels • Coordinate travel authorizations and ensure compliance with Federal Travel Regulations • Prepare and submit invoices through the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) • Ensure all deliverables are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule and within budget • Support the Executive Consultant in coordinating with senior FAM leadership

• Evaluate AWS services to identify security requirements and document them in standard service enablement workbooks. • Present service enablement workbooks to the Cloud Standards Board (CSB) for review. • Collaborate with threat modelers to identify risks for specific AWS services. • Write/develop code for automated controls to secure AWS services. • Manage all control logic, configuration files, and documentation within Git repositories. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams regarding AWS architecture and service capabilities.

• Bridging Healthcare and IT, focusing on configuring, optimizing and supporting the company's Xper Hemodynamics to improve clinical workflows and patient care • Leads clinical discussions with healthcare customers • Conducts detailed workflow assessments at healthcare facilities to identify opportunities for optimizing clinical processes • Provides advanced training to healthcare professionals on the company's Xper Hemodynamics • Resolves moderately complex troubleshooting and support tasks • Collects and analyzes customer feedback throughout the sales and implementation phases • Stays informed about the latest developments in clinical practices and organization’s technologies • Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners

• Map current-state processes for standard development, public review, and approval; identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and "waste" (e.g., unnecessary steps, rework, delays) • Help the Core Cloud Standards board team implement actionable projects to enhance quality, speed, and productivity • Ensure all process improvements comply with internal governance policies and external industry standards • Collect and analyze performance data, such as cycle times for standards approval, to measure improvements • Maintain up-to-date process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual flowcharts (e.g., via Visio/MDL/git) • Drive the adoption of new processes by communicating changes effectively, conducting training and office hours for users, and providing support to Cloud Standards Body Core staff and users
