• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production and internally identified application defects • Develop enhancements and implement bug fixes for enterprise applications • Support modernization efforts by migrating legacy technologies to current frameworks and architectures • Participate in infrastructure setup and migration activities supporting Azure Cloud adoption • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including story grooming and sprint planning • Assist in defining and refining acceptance criteria for development stories • Contribute to code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives • Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of modernization objectives

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites • Create and execute test cases for new development stories and application enhancements • Validate fixes for production and internally identified defects • Test applications undergoing modernization from legacy technologies to modern platforms • Support quality assurance activities related to infrastructure upgrades and Azure Cloud migration initiatives • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing • Participate in story grooming sessions and help define acceptance criteria • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle • Document and track defects through resolution

• Design, develop, and maintain exhaustive automated test case suites • Test new development stories and application enhancements • Validate fixes for production and internally identified defects • Perform testing for legacy technology modernization initiatives • Support application migration efforts to Azure Cloud • Verify infrastructure changes and cloud-based deployments • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including story grooming and requirement reviews • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to define and validate acceptance criteria • Ensure application quality, performance, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle

• Conduct basic and intermediate application training at hospitals and clinics across North America, strictly adhering to established the company's training processes and customer site policies. • Assess and document user competency, awarding continuing education credits when appropriate. • Incorporate adult learning-based guidelines into training delivery; contribute clinical protocols, sample images, and tech tips to the training library. • Participate in project teams alongside Clinical Education Training Specialists to gain business insights and continually improve training program quality. • Contribute to the resolution of equipment and application issues; immediately escalate critical customer issues as required and manage situations to ensure the best possible outcome. • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with customers regarding status updates and issue resolution. • Participate in industry trade shows and corporate events as assigned. • Accurately complete and distribute all required paperwork, training reports, and administrative documentation within seven days of training completion. • Maintain and manage company-issued assets, including computers, peripheral equipment, and company vehicles. • Actively contribute to meeting the strategic and operational business objectives of your assigned zone.

• Lead migration efforts from HPE NonStop to target platforms, including Azure where applicable • Assess existing application, database, and infrastructure environments and develop migration strategies • Support SQL/MX migration and modernization activities • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, database, and security teams • Perform migration testing, validation, troubleshooting, and post-migration support • Create migration documentation, runbooks, and technical procedures • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards

• Lead the migration of AIRES from on-premises HPE NonStop environments to Microsoft Azure. • Assess existing application architecture and develop migration strategies. • Design and implement Azure-based solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. • Collaborate with infrastructure, application development, database, and security teams. • Support SQL/MX and SQL Server migration activities. • Perform migration testing, validation, and post-migration optimization. • Identify and mitigate migration risks. • Develop migration documentation, runbooks, and technical procedures. • Ensure adherence to client's enterprise architecture and security standards.

• Monitor, process, report and document a variety of transactions including but not limited to suspense, adjustments, premium receipt, invoicing, deduction requests, reversals, reposts and delinquencies • Coordinate with other business areas to ensure accurate premium processing, reporting, billing and fee disclosure • Perform research as needed in support of reconciliations and adjustments • Prepare and create monthly bills for alternately billed groups • Act as a resource for external and internal business areas on process, procedure and systems • Implement billing and delinquency operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy • Audit the accuracy of billing and delinquency information entered in the system and monitor operation of the billing system • Develop solutions to billing and delinquency issues and work with systems design to implement system and process enhancements • Work on special projects with management • Proactively communicate sensitive and /or confidential policy and billing information, as well as providing solutions in a clear and effective manner to policyholders, producers, third party administrators, field force and home office staff based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulations, contractual provisions and other related policy information

• Refactor and migrate legacy COBOL code into SQL/MX-based implementations • Work within the HPE NonStop platform, supporting the AIRES application • Analyze existing business logic and redesign it for modern database-driven architecture • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability • Collaborate within secure enterprise environments, adhering to network standards

• Lead and support migration of applications from on-premises infrastructure to Azure • Refactor and modernize existing code for cloud-based deployment • Design and implement Azure-based architecture and services • Work within HPE NonStop environments, integrating legacy systems with cloud platforms • Support front-end and back-end enhancements during migration • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the cloud solution

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Linux-based servers and infrastructure. • Install, configure, and manage Apache Tomcat application servers. • Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and release management activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure issues. • Monitor system performance, availability, and security compliance. • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful application deployments. • Manage system backups, disaster recovery procedures, and server maintenance. • Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and system configurations. • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. • Participate in after-hours deployments and support activities as needed.
