This is a remote position. Position Overview Rhodeway Financial is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure that supports our financial systems and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions while aligning technology with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to define cloud strategies Manage cloud migrations, deployments, and system integrations Monitor system performance and optimize cloud resources for efficiency and cost Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection policies Establish best practices for cloud governance, backup, and disaster recovery Document architecture designs, processes, and technical standards Provide guidance and support to technical teams on cloud-related initiatives Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or related roles Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience with networking, virtualization, and system design Understanding of security, compliance, and data protection practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect) Experience in financial services or regulated environments Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Work Environment Fully remote position Collaborative and fast-paced technical environment Opportunity to contribute to critical financial systems and infrastructure Benefits What We Offer Competitive compensation Remote work flexibility Professional development and certification support Supportive and innovative work culture

Job Requirements

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)
