About the role: We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to work alongside our passionate Sales, Presales, and Customer Success teams, handling client implementations post-sales. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding and technical consulting, including creating recommendations for overcome technical problems, creating customized solutions that meet the client’s needs, project-managing a new client's onboarding process, conducting A/B Tests and providing best practices in order to help the client generate more revenue. The successful Senior Solutions Engineer, has deep knowledge of web/marketing systems, CRMs, analytics, data, compliance, and integration. You also have strong communication and consultative skills to interact across client departments. The Sr. Solutions Engineer must create solutions to enhance client onboarding and the role demands problem-solving, self-sufficiency, organization, and motivation, suitable for a dynamic startup setting. Job Requirements

  • 8+ years demonstrated success in implementation, post-sales engineering or solutions consulting within a SaaS organization; experience with nonprofit tech and/or nonprofit data migration a huge plus.
