• Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions and data infrastructure • Ensuring the stability, reliability, and optimal performance of the database environment • Building scalable data warehouses, implementing automated reporting frameworks, and optimizing query performance for large-scale operations • Translating reporting requirements into robust technical solutions • Maintaining data quality standards and creating self-service analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization • Documenting data flows and transformation logic • Creating automated reporting solutions and dashboards for business stakeholders • Establishing standardized reporting frameworks and templates • Researching and prototyping AI-driven solutions for report automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics • Implementing data validation and quality checks across systems • Monitoring and ensuring data consistency and accuracy • Supporting data governance initiatives • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document reporting requirements • Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 10 years of professional SQL development experience
- Minimum 3 years direct experience with MS SQL Server
- 5 years of experience creating Python scripts for managing data in SQL Server
- 3+ years of ETL design and development
- Experience building and maintaining data warehouses
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong expertise in data warehouse design and dimensional modeling
- Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Strong proficiency with SQL variations across SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and Azure databases
- Experience with T-SQL, data transformation logic, and query optimization
- Proficiency with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Server Reporting Services)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for data presentation solutions
- Understanding of database design principles and normalization
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to understand user requirements with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week

Senior SCADA Developer
