• Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the Terabase SCADA system. • Maintain design requirements and guidelines for Terabase Standard Ignition offerings. • Develop and implement new features and improvements to our standard SCADA solutions. • Manage the Ignition development environment across multiple projects, both on-premises and cloud-based. • Develop and maintain multiple SCADA templates that meet key customer requirements. • Design non-standard solutions for project execution to implement. • Configure historians for effective data collection, storage, and retrieval. • Create standards for I/O configuration to ensure proper data flow and system integration. • Review customer requirements and identify deviations from standard offerings, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. • Work with project teams to deploy various SCADA applications on a per project scope. • Implement DevOps methodologies using Bitbucket. • Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability. • Manage source code repositories and version control. • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are established and maintained. • Collaborate with Business Development and project engineers to ensure customer requirements are met. • Participate in SCADA design reviews with customers up to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). • Develop historical data best practices and incorporate lessons learned from projects into templates and design documents. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project requirements. • Provide regular updates to management on SCADA product development progress, risks, and issues. • Coordinate efforts with other product owners to ensure the delivered products meet customer and industry specifications. • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement integration solutions. • Analyze, design, and develop MuleSoft applications using Anypoint Studio that satisfy business requirements and adhere to best practices. • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance of integration solutions. • Manage, deploy, and monitor MuleSoft applications in CloudHub, Sandbox, and Production. • Create and maintain appropriate documentation. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development or post-deployment phases. • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft and related technology trends. • Support existing EDI integration solution. • Support existing Salesforce integration solution. • Support new integration opportunities and solutions.

• Play a contributing role in delivering enterprise-grade mobile solutions using React Native • Collaborate closely with designers, Product Owners, and client-side engineering teams • Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, particularly in shared ownership or client-integrated environments • Participate in estimation, prioritization, and delivery planning to support on-time, on-budget execution • Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly and proactively with both internal teams and client stakeholders • Leverage modern AI-powered and agentic developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot, Codex) to improve velocity, quality, and creativity in problem-solving. • Evaluate when and how to apply AI-assisted development responsibly, balancing efficiency with sound engineering judgment. • Explore opportunities to integrate automation and AI into workflows (e.g., test generation, scaffolding, documentation, debugging assistance, architecture exploration). • Contribute to shaping Orium’s internal adoption of AI for software development and share learnings with the team.
