• Play a contributing role in delivering enterprise-grade mobile solutions using React Native • Collaborate closely with designers, Product Owners, and client-side engineering teams • Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, particularly in shared ownership or client-integrated environments • Participate in estimation, prioritization, and delivery planning to support on-time, on-budget execution • Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly and proactively with both internal teams and client stakeholders • Leverage modern AI-powered and agentic developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot, Codex) to improve velocity, quality, and creativity in problem-solving. • Evaluate when and how to apply AI-assisted development responsibly, balancing efficiency with sound engineering judgment. • Explore opportunities to integrate automation and AI into workflows (e.g., test generation, scaffolding, documentation, debugging assistance, architecture exploration). • Contribute to shaping Orium’s internal adoption of AI for software development and share learnings with the team.

• Build and scale the deployed engineering team, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management as the team grows rapidly. • Achieve the technical win, driving urgency and focus with our customers, in order to rapidly advance our opportunities across the region. • Partner with LangChain’s regional sales leader, with shared accountability for revenue outcomes and customer success. • Lead technical strategy on our most strategic enterprise opportunities, engaging directly with senior technical and business stakeholders to shape evaluations, architecture, and solution design. • Differentiate LangChain in competitive environments, clearly articulating our technical advantages, product vision, and unique expertise in building and deploying agents in production. • Set and uphold the technical bar for deployed engineering, staying close to the product and modeling what excellent customer-facing engineering looks like. • Co-create global playbooks and operating practices, contributing regional insights while maintaining strong global consistency. • Develop future leaders, building a strong bench of deployed engineers and managers.

• Write, modify, integrate, and test computer code for Acumatica software application. • Provide technical assistance and advice on the implementation of ERP systems, including assisting with reports, applications, customizations, implementation, data conversion, and integrations. • Analyze and test system requirements. • Develop and implement information systems development plans, policies, and procedures, and provide advice on a wide range of information systems issues. • Design and construct large relational databases and integrate new systems with existing in-house structure. • Confer with clients to identify and document requirements, conduct business and technical studies, and design. • Liaison between technical and non-technical clients to provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery. • Research new technologies and develop proofs of concept. • Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades. • Communicate effectively with others to ensure high quality and timely assistance to technical related issues. • Make well thought out decisions in situations that require creative thinking and solutions to technical challenges.
