Role Description As an IT Epic Application Analyst, you will implement, optimize, and support our Epic EHR system, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with clinical workflows. - Analyze requirements, configure Epic modules, perform testing, provide training and support, and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with clinical staff. - Possess deep Epic module expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to healthcare technology. - Design, build, test, implement, and support information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs. - Deliver project assignments of medium to high complexity, including application design and configuration build. - Work closely with customers to document requirements and communicate effectively with customers and peers to implement changes. - Support/maintain day-to-day existing functionality/programs/applications. - Perform intermediate system analysis and troubleshooting to implement new functionality/programs/applications. - Analyze/research vendor release notes and documentation; understand complete end-to-end system integration. - Create thorough system design and build documentation. - Analyze the functionality of the system and how it fits with operations; troubleshoot basic problems and recommend appropriate actions. - Translate high-level business requirements to detailed technical designs/documentation. - Collaborate with other analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership. - Meet with department heads and executives on a routine basis to identify and prioritize their needs. Qualifications - Bachelors in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. - Epic Beacon experience and/or certification required. - 2 years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Clinical, operational, application support and implementation. - Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry. - Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies is required. - Epic Certification, within 120 Days.

• Provide technical expertise to support Canadian Solar’s energy storage solutions • Responsible for the pre-sales activities of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including system sizing, preliminary design, and value engineering • Serve as a technical champion in customer discussions and act as an expert resource • Conduct technical presentations and provide clarifications to customers and departments • Analyze RFPs and other customer documentation to determine project supply scope against schedule, specifications, risk, and technical requirements • Lead the technical sizing of BESS projects using internal models and power system tools • Prepare technical documentation for proposal submittals and coordinate the bid package preparation • Prepare, review, and negotiate technical contract exhibits owned by the Applications team • Work closely with sales, engineering, and procurement teams • Contribute to product development cycle by issuing market sensing summaries after engaging with industry stakeholders • Travel to meet with customers, maximum 20% travel expected

• Support and execute all data conversion and data mapping activities prior to go-live • Develop, test, execute, and document repeatable data migration and transformation processes • Create and maintain detailed data mapping documentation and version-controlled artifacts • Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements • Understand healthcare workflows and how modules integrate across systems • Perform business data analysis to validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Develop and maintain SSRS reports; support basic SSIS packages for data transformation • Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshoot data-related issues • Assist in managing ETL deployments in collaboration with DevOps teams • Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestone commitments • Document data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies

• Design and build Workday ERP integrations for claims management, billing, cash, actuarial systems, and reinsurance. • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for Workday finance modules. • Configure and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday APIs. • Define data mappings, transformation rules, validation logic, and reconciliation processes for insurance finance flows. • Identify and resolve data quality and interface issues common to premiums, claims, reserves, billing, commissions, cash application, and reinsurance accounting. • Build, maintain, and validate Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Worksheets) focused on insurance finance metrics. • Produce clear documentation: process flows, functional specifications, and user guides. • Lead testing, UAT, deployment, and provide post-go-live support and iterative improvements. • Coach finance teams on new Workday processes and drive user adoption and change management. • Act as a hands-on bridge between Finance, Technology, Actuarial, and external vendors to translate requirements into working solutions.
