• Partner with the USA regional leadership team across the full regional setup, embedding people priorities into business planning, workforce decisions, and organizational design as the region scales. • Translate growth plans into practical workforce and hiring plans, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure the region is structured and staffed for launches, operations, and continued expansion across Product and Infrastructure. • Lead organizational design and team-shape decisions for the region, helping leaders make sound choices on structure, manager set-up, capability needs, and scaling priorities. • Act as a hands-on build-and-scale HR partner by supporting critical hiring, onboarding, leadership capability, retention, and team effectiveness in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment. • Coach leaders on performance, talent reviews, succession, employee relations, and complex people decisions, balancing business speed with sound judgment and employee experience. • Identify organizational and people risks early, using data and business insight to drive practical action across attrition, capability gaps, org health, leadership effectiveness, and execution readiness. • Ensure the region is well supported by core HR processes and HR centers of expertise, translating business needs into actions across compensation, development, compliance, employee experience, and broader people programs. • Stay close to the business through regular travel across the USA, with potential scope expansion into broader Americas over time.
• Build and lead a red team function within Product Security Team, hiring and developing offensive security engineers. • Validate and extend early-stage Secure SDLC threat models via continuous penetration testing, assessing threat severity and mitigation status while challenging assumptions made during threat modeling and system development. Automate routine validations to keep pace with increasing feature flow, reserving manual analysis for genuinely complex cases. • Plan and execute full-scoped red team engagements against Nebius cloud platform - including compute, storage, inference, networking, orchestration layers, and internal tooling. Identify threats, which are able to impact an organization's operations. Work closely with Detection & Response and other security engineering teams to run purple team exercises, validate detection coverage, and close gaps collaboratively. • Research novel attacks against GPU infrastructure (e.g., closed-source firmware and vendor driver binaries, device passthrough exploits, SR-IOV/IOMMU misconfigurations, RDMA/InfiniBand fabric attacks, etc.), the inference stack (e.g., vLLM, TRT-LLM), and AI platform managed services (e.g., managed Slurm). Assess tenant-isolation boundaries and how they can be broken at the low-level stack. • Conduct targeted assessments of new products and infrastructure changes before they ship. • Deliver clear, actionable reports for both technical audiences and leadership - with prioritized findings and remediation guidance. • Establish red team processes, tooling, and a methodology that scales as the platform grows.
• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow across the entire customer lifecycle—from initial marketing lead to sales conversion and customer success renewal. • Serve as the primary technical liaison for Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership, translating complex departmental requirements into a multi-quarter technical roadmap for the Force.com platform and integrated ecosystem. • Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards, including automated testing and security protocols to ensure the reliability and integrity of internal GTM applications.
• Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic and enterprise customers across the Middle East, from initial discovery through PoC, architecture design, and production readiness. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders (CTO, Head of ML, Platform Engineering, AI Infrastructure teams). • Lead complex ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures, including large-scale training and inference workloads on GPU-accelerated cloud platforms. • Design, validate, and document reference architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and best-practice deployment patterns using Nebius AI. • Drive and execute advanced PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations to demonstrate value and accelerate customer adoption. • Build trusted relationships with customers across government, enterprise, AI-native, and digital-native organizations throughout the Gulf region. • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to represent real-world customer requirements and influence product roadmap decisions. • Act as a single point of technical authority for key customer scenarios across internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing). • Support strategic marketing initiatives including conferences, hackathons, webinars, customer case studies, and technical thought leadership across the Middle East. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects, helping raise the overall technical bar of the organization.
• Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME. • Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson. • Translate SME materials into clear, learner-friendly educational content. • Design practice exercises and learning aids. • Collaborate with the production team to create visual content. • Audit existing courses for cognitive load, difficulty, and alignment with goals. • Work with student feedback and SME recommendations for continuous improvement. • Adapt course materials for different target audiences (onboarding, certification, etc.). • Maintain a backlog of improvements and keep course documentation up to date.
• Create technical content demonstrating how to effectively use computing workloads with VMs, GPU clusters, k8s, SLURM, Soperator, etc. • Develop sample code, tutorials, and reference architectures showcasing best practices for cloud computing and ML infrastructure • Create video tutorials and live coding sessions demonstrating effective use of Nebius cloud infrastructure • Collaborate with academic partners (universities, e.g., Stevens, MIT) to understand their requirements and develop solution architectures that align with their needs: design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, documentation, and technical how-to guides in collaboration with the Nebius Solutions Architect Team • Act as a trusted advisor to our academic partners, providing technical expertise on GPU cloud technologies and best practices
• End-to-End Ownership Inside Strategic Accounts: Own discovery, technical scoping, infrastructure design, build, and production rollout for each design partner and ISV engagement. • Cloud Infrastructure & Compute Orchestration: Build and operate cloud infrastructure that powers customer physical AI workflows. • Platform Services: Build platform services for job execution, scheduling, retries, observability, logging, secrets, access control, and cost tracking. • Customer Onboarding Infrastructure: Build onboarding infrastructure for pilots including sandbox environments and secure execution. • Reliability, Security & Cost: Optimize cloud cost, utilization, performance, and reliability across workloads. • Cross-FDE Partnership: Partner with Physical AI Systems FDE to support heavy simulation pipelines. • Long-Term Architecture: Define the long-term infrastructure architecture for multi-tenant SaaS and high-throughput physical AI workloads. • Pattern Codification & Productization: Turn customer infrastructure pain into reusable platform capabilities. • Rapid Engineering Velocity: Use modern AI coding tools to compress build timelines. • Field Enablement & Feedback Loops: Co-author reference architectures, solution templates, and technical blogs for broader field support.
• Lead detection development: achieve full MITRE coverage, maintain low false-positive and false-negative rates. Work closely with alerts consumers (20+ teams) to keep noise low and signal high, ensuring they can act quickly without missing genuine threats. • Architect and operate detection coverage across our cloud and bare-metal environments. • Build and extend our internal D&R tools and pipelines - onboard new logs, build and automate response runbooks. • Integrate threat intelligence into detection logic and IR playbooks, tracking adversary TTPs relevant to Cloud infrastructure. • Lead incident response end-to-end: scoping, containment, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews and controlling critical action items are closed to prevent future possible incidents. • Partner with Compliance and Engineering teams to detect real threats while meeting the needs of both engineers and regulators. • Define and report on D&R metrics: MTTD, MTTR, detection coverage, false positive rates, etc. • Build and maintain Security Incident Response program: people, processes, tools. • Build tools, runbooks, and on-call processes that scale as the company grows.
• Own and manage the product backlog for underlay and WAN connectivity service teams (data center fabric, backbone, interconnects, peering, and transit) • Lead and coordinate cross-company initiatives for inter-region, inter-data-center, and cross-cloud connectivity, including capacity planning and expansion • Define product requirements for interconnect and Direct Connect-style products, throughput and bandwidth tiers, QoS and traffic-engineering capabilities, and deliver them with engineering and architecture teams • Work with network engineering on transport, routing, and traffic-engineering design (backbone capacity, path selection, congestion and QoS guarantees) to translate physical and logical network capabilities into customer-facing products • Partner with product marketing and technical pre-sales/post-sales teams on technical publications, go-to-market activities, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention related to connectivity products • Ensure the delivery of WAN and underlay services that meet high standards for throughput, latency, availability, security, and reliability, with clear SLAs
