Role Description As Tritium accelerates its global deployment of EV fast-charging technology, we are seeking a high-impact Systems Integration Developer to join our Software Engineering team. This role is the technical bridge between our advanced hardware and our global commercial ecosystem. You will be responsible for architecting a seamless data flow that empowers our teams to manage complex customer lifecycles. This is a remote-first role requiring a developer who can work independently across time zones to support our operations in the UK, Europe, and the US. Key Responsibilities - Systems Architecture: Design and maintain the integrations between Tritium’s proprietary software, EV charging hardware, and Salesforce. - Global Service Automation: Build automated workflows to support our “get well” programs, ensuring hardware alerts (e.g., DCDC/ACDC module issues) trigger immediate service actions in the CRM. - Commercial Insights & AI: Implement AI-driven predictive modeling to help forecast spare parts demand and optimize sales strategies for major accounts and distributors. - Scalable Data Mapping: Manage the technical complexity of a global revenue model, SLA, ensuring multi-currency and multi-region data (UK/EU/US) is accurately reflected for executive reporting. - Strategic Integrations: Lead the technical execution of third-party integrations, such as payment gateways and cross-platform data sharing. Qualifications - Salesforce Mastery (Must-Have): 3+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex Flow orchestration.
