Position Title: Sales Support Representative Position Description This exciting opportunity is a full-time, permanent role with Pellera Technologies. As a Sales Support Representative (SSR) you will act as a trusted advisor to Account Executives, Clients and Vendor Partners. Collaborating amongst the sales organization, you will be responsible for supporting sales efforts to attain revenue and gross profit targets. Key areas include quoting and proposal coordination, as well as adapting to dynamic process improvement efforts around major solution providers. We are seeking candidates who come from a technology Value Added Reseller (VAR), paired with contracting & quoting experience around major vendors like IBM, Cisco, Dell, HPE, etc. Key Responsibilities - Assist Account Executives in presales activities which include all aspects of pricing for Hardware, Software, Services and Maintenance. - Proposal creation and generation. - Perform contract changes. - Follow published SSR process flow and meet all established SLAs. - Ensure Salesforce records are accurate, up to date, and complete. - Confirm partner records are up to date with current relevant information. - Stay informed with various vendor/supplier/manufacturer registration and pricing programs to ensure best discounts are factored into sales opportunities to ensure highest profitability. - Assist Sales and Sales Management with forecasting, accurate reporting/data and account maintenance. - Partner with presales teams, diverse teams, distributors, and stakeholders in all aspects of sales projects from assessment and scope to roll-out; consistently improve supplier/partner relationships. - Process customer orders in relevant internal systems in preparation for final quality assurance reviews and customer invoicing. - Foster, promote, and contribute to a positive team environment throughout the company. Knowledge & Competencies - Ability to establish, maintain and retain strong relationships both inside and outside the organization. - Ability to prioritize and organize workload. - Capability to multi-task, respond to change, and adapt accordingly with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. - Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail are keys to success. - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrates analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills. - Must be able to adapt quickly to dynamic changes with various partner and internal processes. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when assigned additional responsibilities or projects. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and Salesforce. Education & Qualifications - BA/BS in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience within IT sales operations. - 3-5 years of sales operations/sales support experience. - Experience working for a Value Added Reseller. Work Environment - Remote within the United States Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
