• Lead and coordinate IT acquisition process activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Manage acquisition lifecycle phases, ensuring milestones are met on schedule • Track and oversee acquisition data, inputs, and documentation from customers and technical teams • Review and analyze acquisition materials to ensure completeness and accuracy • Identify risks, discrepancies, and resource gaps, and communicate them to leadership • Collaborate with the Government Program Manager to streamline processes and improve execution • Ensure timely and accurate transmission of information for review and decision-making
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management supporting ACAT and/or non-ACAT programs
- Experience working within the IT acquisition lifecycle and managing milestone-driven efforts
- Background in reviewing and analyzing acquisition and program documentation
- Strong understanding of IT acquisition processes and lifecycle management
- Ability to manage timelines, milestones, and competing priorities
- Experience analyzing acquisition documentation and identifying gaps or risks
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Effective collaboration and communication with government and technical stakeholders
- Process improvement mindset with attention to accuracy and efficiency
- Active Secret clearance

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, syndication, retargeting, and emerging channels. - Use structured metadata and attribution frameworks to track performance across funnel stages. - Build and execute testing strategies across messaging, audiences, and creative to enable scalable learning. - Analyze performance regularly and provide clear recommendations on budget allocation and optimization. - Collaborate with Integrated Campaign Managers to align paid strategy with campaign goals and GTM motions. - Serve as a performance advisor, guiding teams on what’s working, what to adjust, and where to invest. - Partner with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to ensure high-performing assets, clean tracking, and reliable reporting. - Build, launch, and manage campaigns including targeting, creative refreshes, and channel optimization. - Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and UTM issues to ensure data integrity. - Support broader marketing initiatives during peak campaigns (webinars, events, nurture programs, landing pages, A/B testing). - Step in where needed — demonstrating ownership and a team-first mindset to drive results.
