• Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions to support federal logistics, materials management, and warehousing operations • Serve as the functional lead and primary point of contact for the SCM/EWM workstream, managing scope, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and junior consultant contributions across the engagement • Analyze and translate federal logistics and warehousing requirements – including inbound and outbound processing, warehouse structure design, storage type and section configuration, and task and resource management – into functional design specifications and system configuration • Configure and maintain core SAP EWM components including warehouse structure, storage bin management, transfer orders, warehouse tasks, physical inventory, and yard management • Design and govern integration touchpoints between SAP EWM and related modules including SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), and TM (Transportation Management) • Lead requirements-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with federal logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations stakeholders • Configure and validate SAP SCM processes including demand planning, supply network planning, and inventory optimization in support of federal supply chain visibility requirements • Provide oversight and mentorship to junior consultants on the SCM/EWM workstream, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to project and client standards • Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials for all SCM and EWM components • Ensure all logistics and warehousing configurations remain compliant with federal supply chain regulations, asset accountability requirements, and security protocols applicable to the classified operating environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations. • Administer and support SAP GRC Access Control modules , including: Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM), Emergency Access Management (EAM). • Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk remediation. • Lead user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. • Support internal and external audit activities , including evidence gathering and remediation tracking. • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and control documentation. • Monitor and respond to SAP security incidents and vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure SAP configurations. • Ensure compliance with federal, regulatory, and organizational security standards. • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of SAP security posture.

• Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Production and Test Management (PTM) processes within the SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules to support defense and energy manufacturing operations • Serve as the functional lead and primary point of contact for the PTM workstream, managing scope, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and junior consultant contributions across the engagement • Analyze and translate complex federal manufacturing requirements – including production orders, work center management, routing configurations, inspection lots, and quality notification workflows – into functional design specifications and system configuration • Configure and maintain core SAP PP components including Bills of Materials (BOMs), work centers, routings, production order management, capacity planning, and material requirements planning (MRP) integration • Design and configure SAP QM inspection plans, inspection characteristics, control charts, quality certificates, and defect recording workflows to support manufacturing quality assurance and compliance requirements • Oversee integration touchpoints between SAP PP/QM and related modules including MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), SD (Sales & Distribution), and CO (Controlling) • Lead requirements-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with federal manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance stakeholders • Provide oversight and mentorship to junior consultants on the PTM workstream, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to project and client standards • Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials for all PTM components • Ensure all manufacturing and quality configurations remain compliant with federal defense manufacturing standards, DCMA/DCAA requirements, agency-specific operational policies, and security protocols applicable to the classified operating environment

• Serve as the functional integration lead for the SAP – Manufacturing Execution System (MES) / Solumina interface, defining the end-to-end integration architecture, data flows, and process alignment between SAP PP/QM and the Solumina MES platform. • Lead requirements-gathering workshops and solution design sessions. • Design and govern the bidirectional data exchange between SAP and Solumina. • Manage the functional integration workstream across the full project lifecycle. • Collaborate with SAP technical consultants and Solumina system administrators. • Define and execute integration testing strategies. • Identify and resolve functional integration gaps, data quality issues, and process misalignments. • Develop and maintain functional integration design documents, interface specifications, test scripts, cutover runbooks, and end-user training materials. • Ensure all integration solutions remain compliant with federal defense manufacturing standards.

• Support the configuration, testing, and sustainment of the SAP – PTC Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration, executing functional design specifications and integration tasks under the direction of the PLM Integration Lead • Participate in requirements-gathering workshops and solution design sessions, documenting business process requirements, data mapping details, and integration configuration decisions across the SAP – Windchill boundary • Configure and validate SAP-side integration components including Engineering Change Management (ECM), Classification (CA), Document Management System (DMS), and Material Master data in support of PLM data exchange • Support the design and validation of bidirectional data flows between SAP and Windchill including eBOM/mBOM synchronization, part master alignment, document transfers, and engineering change order processing • Execute unit testing, string testing, and end-to-end integration scenario testing across the SAP – Windchill interface, documenting results and escalating defects to the Integration Lead for resolution • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, Windchill administrators, and technical integration teams to support interface configuration, data mapping validation, and middleware troubleshooting • Assist in identifying and resolving functional integration gaps, data quality issues, and process misalignments between SAP and Windchill during design, testing, and production operations • Develop and maintain configuration workbooks, test scripts, defect logs, and end-user training materials in support of the PLM integration workstream • Support cutover planning and execution activities including data validation, interface smoke testing, and post-go-live stabilization tasks • Ensure all assigned integration deliverables remain compliant with federal defense engineering standards, configuration management requirements, and security protocols applicable to the classified operating environment.

• Lead the configuration, testing, and sustainment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll including payroll schemas, calculation rules, wage types, pay scales, and off-cycle processing • Analyze and translate federal payroll policy requirements – including pay regulations, leave accruals, tax withholding, and garnishments – into functional design specifications and system configuration • Manage end-to-end payroll processing cycles including pre-payroll validation, parallel runs, posting to Finance (FI), and post-payroll auditing • Configure and maintain payroll integration touchpoints between EC Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Benefits, and Time Management modules • Support tax configuration and compliance activities including BSI TaxFactory updates, W-2 processing, and year-end payroll closing procedures • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, retroactive processing issues, and off-cycle adjustments • Conduct configuration workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with federal client payroll and HR personnel • Develop and maintain functional design documents, payroll configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on SAP EC Payroll best practices, advising on system enhancements and release update impacts • Ensure payroll operations remain compliant with federal pay regulations, data privacy requirements, and security protocols applicable to the classified operating environment.

• Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) solutions within the SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance (FI) module • Serve as the functional lead and primary point of contact for AR/AP workstreams, managing scope, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across the engagement • Analyze and translate federal financial management requirements – including vendor payment processing, invoice management, cash application, and collections – into functional design specifications and system configuration • Configure and maintain core AR/AP components including customer and vendor master data, payment terms, dunning procedures, automatic payment programs, and cash discount processing • Oversee the design and configuration of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) process integration touchpoints between FI-AP/AR and SAP MM, SD, and Treasury modules • Lead requirements-gathering workshops, solution design sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with federal Finance and Accounting stakeholders • Provide oversight and guidance to junior consultants on the AR/AP workstream, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to project standards • Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user training materials for all AR/AP components • Support period-end and year-end financial closing activities including AR/AP aging analysis, open item clearing, and balance reconciliation • Ensure all financial configurations remain compliant with federal accounting standards (USSGL, FASAB), agency-specific fiscal policies, and security protocols applicable to the classified operating environment
