The role is ideal for a marketer who combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to unlock sustainable growth. - Develop, implement, and optimize global paid media campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliate, and SEO. - Lead full-funnel performance management, ensuring effective user acquisition and conversion into paying subscribers. - Partner with regional teams to localize campaigns, messaging, creative, and targeting for diverse markets. - Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and funnel performance. - Design and maintain analytics frameworks to evaluate channel efficiency, LTV/CAC, and incremental impact by region and audience segment. - Guide paid media creative strategies, iterating messaging and formats based on funnel insights. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Lifecycle, Finance, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Qualifications - 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, with global experience strongly preferred. - Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets and drive subscription or revenue growth. - Deep knowledge of media platforms, paid acquisition strategies, and full-funnel optimization techniques. - Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with experience in Looker, Amplitude, GA4, SQL, and MMPs. - Experience adapting marketing strategies across multiple countries and cultural contexts. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, and remote-first environment.
