Calabrio is looking for a Sales Operations Manager – Data Analytics to join our Revenue Operations team. This role would be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives that improve sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role oversees sales analytics, reporting infrastructure, and performance measurement while partnering with sales leadership to develop strategic insights and optimize processes. The manager translates complex sales data into actionable insights, manages analytics tools and CRM reporting, and ensures the sales organization has accurate data to drive decision-making. What you'll be doing: Team Leadership - Lead and mentor sales operations analysts or data analysts, bringing your expertise from prior positions to help analysts learn and grow - Manage analytics projects and ensure delivery of high-quality insights - Manage analytics projects and ensure delivery of high-quality insights. Sales Analytics & Insights - Lead analysis of sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks - Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue, and sales productivity - Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data insights - Manage sales forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy - Analyze pipeline metrics, win rates, and sales cycles to support revenue projections Reporting & Business Intelligence - Design and maintain automated reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) - Standardize sales metrics and KPIs across the organization - Deliver executive-level reporting on revenue, pipeline performance, and sales effectiveness Process Optimization - Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement improvements through analytics and automation - Support implementation and optimization of sales tools and analytics platforms - Develop scalable operational processes for the sales organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or another related field, or relevant equivalent working experience
- 2-3 years experience as a data analytics and/or sales operations manager. 5+ years working in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or related field, at least 2+ within a SaaS organization
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong proficiency in Salesforce, and other sales and/or marketing platforms
