• Lead the design and delivery of a refreshed job architecture and market-aligned base pay structure • Own the successful, on-time delivery of a revised and simplified job architecture, including job families and job descriptions • Develop a coherent and consistent job leveling and titling framework • Create clear and accessible career pathing resources across job families • Design a market-aligned, simplified base pay structure (grades & ranges) • Establish a repeatable job evaluation methodology to support future role creation and leveling • Provide comprehensive documentation of decisions, frameworks, and final structures • Regularly update HR and Executive Leadership on project status • Facilitate a coordinated cross-functional approach with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders • Develop a communications and change-management plan to support organization-wide rollout
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of compensation experience, with direct experience leading job architecture or pay structure redesigns
- Experience leading teams or large-scale cross-functional initiatives
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Bring expertise in U.S. and Canadian compensation
- Highly proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); Power BI experience is a plus
- Advanced HRIS user, ideally with Workday
- Experience presenting to Executive Leadership
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, feedback-rich environments
- Known for your resilience, resourcefulness, and ability to build strong partnerships
