Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Technical Delivery Leadership.
- 3+ years leading TPMs and/or scaling program management in a growing organization.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Product + Engineering (and comfort working closely with Ops).
- Track record of delivering multi-team, multi-quarter initiatives with clear business and customer outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive-level reporting.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and continuously improving systems without adding unnecessary process.
- Solid technical fluency (able to partner effectively with engineering teams on scope, sequencing, and risk).
- Strong product execution instincts (customer impact, roadmap delivery, launch readiness, adoption).
- Familiarity with release management, incident/escalation workflows, and operational readiness.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Sales & Support Teams.
- Experience in a B2B2C, marketplace, or operationally complex business is a bonus.
- Experience with consumer-facing software products and platform integrations is a bonus.
- Experience working in the energy industry is nice to have, but not required.
