• Conduct analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Design and develop enterprise applications following best practices. • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical walkthroughs. • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call support as required. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, product owners, and technical teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Jenkins, and related technologies. • Build and execute automated tests for unit, functional, integration, API, regression, UAT, and production validation. • Utilize AI-assisted testing tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability. • Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts aligned with business requirements and acceptance criteria. • Manage the test case repository and ensure all testing assets remain current, reusable, and linked to requirements. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. • Analyze automated test execution results, perform root cause analysis on defects, and troubleshoot failures. • Partner with developers, architects, and product owners to define testing requirements and establish quality standards. • Develop user-friendly reporting dashboards and quality metrics for business and IT leadership.

• Lead tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings. • Design and implement high-impact strategies like cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and depreciation optimization. • Review financials to identify missed planning opportunities and advise on entity structuring and compensation optimization. • Prepare or review complex returns that reflect deep strategic planning rather than just transactional data entry. • Help strengthen and scale the firm's advisory offerings and elevate the firm’s technical standards. • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.

• Develops and recommends technical solutions to support client’s requirements in solving moderately complex software problems. • Focus areas include analytical and engineering-based problem solving and solutions based on IHS standards and conventions (SAC). • Responsibilities include secure system engineering and development, utilizing technical and analytical skills. • Designs test scenarios for functional and regression testing of complex software solutions. • Investigates and resolves software support tickets submitted by end users.

• Design, develop, and implement complex scripts, utilities, and applications on AIX platforms. • Perform advanced AIX system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. • Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Shell scripting, Python, Perl). • Provide expert-level support for complex AIX system and application issues. • Adhere strictly to federal government security policies, protocols, and compliance standards. • Work effectively within Agile/DevOps teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Own day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online (QBO) across multiple client entities. • Manage accounts payable and receivable via Bill.com, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections monitoring. • Administer payroll through Gusto and QuickBooks Online Payroll. • Reconcile inventory, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate COGS. • Record journal entries and maintain clean, audit-ready general ledgers. • Own the month-end close processes and support timely client reporting. • Handle sales tax filings and ongoing compliance. • Respond to ad hoc requests and adjust entries based on tools like Toast or other POS integrations. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and accountability. • Think critically when issues arise and propose system/process improvements where needed.
