Corporate Catering Program Manager – Temp-to-Perm

• Partner closely with the Client Account Management Team to gather key details from clients, including headcount, delivery preferences, dietary needs, budget, and other program details, and then become the go-to point of contact for day-to-day ordering needs. • Liaise directly with clients as needed to clarify requirements, address questions, and ensure a seamless ordering experience. • Partner with Restaurant Account Managers to confirm menu accuracy, availability, and fulfillment logistics and reach out to restaurant partners directly when needed. • Liaise directly with restaurant partners as needed for urgent updates or time-sensitive coordination. • Curate menus based on client needs using internal tools and historical ordering data. • Apply strong food judgment when selecting items—understanding what travels well, what scales for groups, and what typically performs best across cuisines. • Audit menus for completeness, including but not limited to item descriptions, portion sizes, dietary tags, and allergen information. • Build and deliver final menu cards for client review and meal presentation. • Coordinate order logistics from approval through delivery, ensuring timely drop-offs and smooth execution. • Liaise with the Restaurant Operations, Logistics, and Client Operations Associates on-site to troubleshoot live order issues or partner concerns. • Help support and improve the internal product tool used for Managed Ordering workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in catering operations, menu planning, restaurant account management, hospitality operations, or a client-facing food tech role
  • Strong food and menu fluency: ability to evaluate menus, understand what tastes good, what travels and scales well, and how to build balanced, crowd-pleasing orders
  • Proven experience working directly with restaurants to clarify menu details, portioning, substitutions, packaging, and dietary preparation
  • Deep familiarity with dietary needs and allergen considerations, including knowing what to double-check vs. what can be assumed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage expectations with clients, restaurants, and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple clients and timelines.
  • Comfort using tools like Salesforce and Slack
  • Experience in nutrition, dietary planning, or allergen management is a plus
  • A passion for food and a love of creating experiences that feel personal, effortless, and well-executed
