Role Overview We are looking for a Workflow Solutions Consultant to join our Software Division. This is a Virtual position in the U.S. or Canada with some travel. Mission: Consult with customers and sales teams to develop and demonstrate winning, high value end-to-end software solutions, grow the business and exceed territory sales goals. Position Summary: The Workflow Solutions Consultant (WSC) is the workflow expert that engages with our sales team (direct and channel) to assess and progress opportunities to closure. The WSC will translate customer needs into solutions to illustrate capabilities and convey customer value, develop winning configurations to address customer pain points, and help close new business. The WSC acts as an evangelist for workflow products with both direct and channel sales teams – elevating the importance of workflow and value of Kodak solutions such as Prinergy and Insite with full MIS/ERP and Print Production integrations Key Areas of Responsibility: • Communicate Value: Clearly convey how Kodak solutions address customer needs and create business value. The WSC acts as a storyteller – illustrating a vision of customer success by connecting products and services to their specific challenges. The WSC highlights benefits, explains how solutions resolve pain points, and answers questions to help progress the deal to the next stage of the sales process. • Develop: Invest time to understand the prospect’s business strategy and critical issues. Create unique value by identifying business problems, challenges, and opportunities in new or different ways. Link solutions and resources to customer needs, differentiating Kodak offerings from competitors. Deliver a compelling value proposition using customer metrics rather than product features. Assist in developing proposed product configurations, Statements of Work, customer requirements, and demonstrating the value to the customer. • Close: Collaborate with sales representatives to advance and close sales. Provide expertise to confidently communicate the value proposition, address objections, and ensure customers understand how Kodak solutions meet their business needs. • Evangelize: Promote the software portfolio with direct sales teams and channel partners, creating enthusiasm for the benefits Kodak solutions deliver to customers. Support sales teams in understanding and communicating the elevator pitch, enhancing prospecting effectiveness, and staying up to date on new offerings.
