What You'll Bring Core Requirements (non-negotiable) - 7+ years of product design experience, including time operating at a senior or lead level. - Strong mobile and web product design experience, preferably in SaaS or similar experiences with complex and varied user personas. - Proven ability to lead high-impact design work in ambiguous or foundational product areas, not just feature execution. - Deep expertise in UX, systems thinking, and workflow design, with the ability to maintain coherence across complex product ecosystems. - Demonstrated track record of raising design quality and mentoring a growing team. - Strong ability to balance long-term product vision with rapid, iterative execution that drives learning while maintaining product cohesion. - AI-native mindset, with genuine enthusiasm for designing agentic and AI-powered experiences.
