The Senior Manager, Performance Data Operations serves as the analytical powerhouse behind Aledade’s Population Health Impact performance improvement initiatives. This role acts as the dedicated data and program lead for the Population Health Performance Improvement team, operating with a high degree of autonomy to inform the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that advance health equity, quality, and cost outcomes for high‑risk populations. This role bridges raw data, operational workflows, and organizational strategy. This role will: - Build and maintain complex datasets and high‑impact population health analytics (especially Tableau and SQL‑backed models). - Lead cross‑functional projects and programs that embed population health measures into the way we operate and measure success. - Drive cycles of performance improvement by combining advanced analytics, investigative data analysis, and value stream mapping with strong project and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is a highly self‑directed and strategic thinker who is equally comfortable writing complex queries, designing equity‑focused metrics, facilitating cross‑functional working sessions, and presenting clear, compelling narratives to executives and field teams. Primary Duties: - Data Strategy, Analytics, and BI: Execute the Population Health Impact Performance Improvement Vision & Roadmap by building, maintaining, and documenting complex, scalable datasets for Population Health analytics. - Performance Improvement and Program Management: Lead end‑to‑end program management for Population Health Impact initiatives, from problem definition and scoping through planning, execution, monitoring, and sustainment. - Actionable Insights & Executive Communication: Transform complex findings into clear, actionable insights for audiences including executives, field teams, and practice partners. - Stakeholder & Change Management: Build strong, trust-based cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and timelines for Population Health performance improvement initiatives.Partner with field teams to identify market/practice opportunities, develop innovative reporting, and provide insights supporting high-risk populations. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field. - Expert‑level proficiency in Tableau and SQL (or similar BI and querying tools) with a track record of building and analyzing complex, scalable datasets. - 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience in population health, healthcare analytics, performance improvement, or closely related fields. - Demonstrated ability to perform investigative data analysis, including population segmentation, stratification, and cohort analysis. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to translate abstract population health goals into concrete analytical frameworks and technical roadmaps. - Strong analytical skills to identify organizational needs, define KPIs, and monitor and evaluate population health metrics and dashboards. - Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects, including setting direction, building consensus, managing risk, and communicating progress. - Proven ability to manage and prioritize data products that offer the highest value to the organization. - Mastery of executive-level reporting; ability to present complex population health gaps and efficacy data to a diverse group of stakeholders. - Demonstrated alignment with equity‑centered, community‑informed approaches to population health and performance improvement.
