Role Description Nutrafol is looking for a Senior Customer Analyst - Marketing Analytics to join our Retention & Loyalty organization. In this role, you will own customer reporting, analysis, and insight generation across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition through subscription, retention, and churn. You’ll partner closely with Retention Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Data teams to turn complex customer data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with large datasets in Snowflake (or similar environments). You know how to translate data into stories, dashboards, and recommendations that influence strategy. You enjoy digging into customer behavior, identifying patterns, and answering ambiguous business questions with structured analysis. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and take pride in data accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
