JERSEYSTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (“STEM”) education to 5th-8th grade girls in New Jersey underserved communities. The Corporate Partnership Development Manager oversees the daily operations of the Corporate Partnership Development team at JerseySTEM. Leading a team of Development Leads and Senior Leads, this role involves strategy, collaboration, and execution to ensure that the department’s goals align with JerseySTEM's mission and objectives. Experience with unauthenticated (guest) usage of Salesforce is desirable. - The successful candidate for this position will be flexible, open to new ways of working, and accepting of unfamiliar tools. JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls. The Data Analyst will support data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts. Collaborates with the Analytics Team Lead to derive insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making. - Assist in the organization, cleaning, and processing of data related to schools, colleges, and corporations. - Collaborate with the Analytics Team Lead to gather insights and make data-driven decisions. - Analyze data using various tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns. - Contribute to the development of reports and presentations to document data processing procedures and communicate findings. - Work with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Interns who join JerseySTEM as Data Analysts as new Joinees will be invited to a 4 hour/day/4 week "BootCamp". Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, Python, R, or SQL. (We use Tableau and MySQL.) - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others. - Familiarity with Tableau Prep is a plus. - Interest in STEM education and contributing to closing the gender gap in the field. - Prior experience with research is advantageous.
