As a Senior IT Operations Engineer II, you are a high-level individual contributor responsible for the sophisticated automation, health, and scalability of our production Google Workspace & GCP environment. Primary Duties - Hybrid Infrastructure & Identity Development: Lead high-availability GWS and GCP landing zones and organizational hierarchies; spearhead critical initiatives including the seamless integration and orchestration of Okta-to-GWS identity provisioning, the implementation of BeyondCorp/Zero Trust access models, and the modernization of cloud-native collaboration environments. - Automation & IaC Modernization: Drive efficiency by replacing manual intervention with advanced API-driven scripting (Python, Google Apps Script, GAM) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to build self-healing environments and automated GWS user lifecycle management. - Observability & Incident Governance: Lead system health via advanced observability (Google Cloud Monitoring, Log Analytics, BigQuery); serve as the technical lead for RCAs and instrumenting GWS/GCP systems for SLA/SLO performance tracking. - Security, Compliance & Audit: Govern automated security monitoring via the GWS Security Center and GCP Security Command Center; ensure audit-readiness for SOX, SOC II, and NIST standards through rigorous enforcement of VPC Service Controls, Cloud DLP, and Google Vault retention policies. - Resilience & Technical Standardization: Develop and validate Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity strategies across multi-region GCP deployments; provide technical mentorship and share expertise through peer training sessions on Google Cloud best practices and workspace optimization. Minimum Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: 6+ years of experience in IT operations or similar roles, with demonstrated expertise in system administration and cloud management. - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause resolution and user satisfaction. The Medical Records Retrieval Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and securely uploading medical records into designated systems to support Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI). The State Policy Specialist will own all programmatic operations in a portfolio of Aledade markets (5 markets/Specialist) including being responsible with a great degree of autonomy for the implementation and adoption of programmatic activities, sustaining practice interest in advocacy activities, and ultimately influencing legislative environments to be more conducive to primary care sustainability. This will be accomplished by managing market policy operations, sharing knowledge with member practices and Aledade teams, and engaging with external stakeholders across the spectrum of seniority and influence, including state and federal legislators and state associations. This role requires a deep situational awareness of the policy space as well as the ability to discern customer needs and collaborate across teams and audiences. It emphasizes a proactive approach to policy-related developments and solidification as the subject matter expert of policy in their assigned portfolio of states. This expertise is expected to be leveraged along with developed relationships to drive primary care sustainability efforts within the market portfolio. This role requires approximately 10-20% travel to support markets in the southeast region (including Raleigh, Montgomery, Little Rock, among others). We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home across US time zones. Primary Duties - Be the expert on policy knowledge at the market-level, particularly for issues pertaining to primary care sustainability, serving as an internal resource for market teams and beyond. Fully understand unique landscapes, payer relations, physician engagement (including leading regular virtual and potentially in-person events), stakeholder dynamics, and more. Collaborate on inter-team projects including work with Partnerships, Growth, Clinical, Communications, etc. - Coordinate with external stakeholders (eg. state-level associations, government agencies, payers) to align shared priorities and collaboratively shape the primary care landscape and associated advocacy strategies for legislative change in each state. - Create and execute a suite of state-specific products on a regular basis including presentations, advocacy campaigns, co-developing webinars and associated written pieces, shaping legislative workgroups and development, etc. Expected to lead certain areas of expertise to inform the Policy Institute’s stance and related outcomes. - Assist with broader team efforts that have both federal and state implications (eg.
