Role Description Nutrafol is looking for a Senior Customer Analyst - Marketing Analytics to join our Retention & Loyalty organization. In this role, you will own customer reporting, analysis, and insight generation across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition through subscription, retention, and churn. JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls. The Data Analyst will support data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts. Collaborates with the Analytics Team Lead to derive insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making. - Assist in the organization, cleaning, and processing of data related to schools, colleges, and corporations. - Collaborate with the Analytics Team Lead to gather insights and make data-driven decisions. - Analyze data using various tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns. - Contribute to the development of reports and presentations to document data processing procedures and communicate findings. - Work with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Interns who join JerseySTEM as Data Analysts as new Joinees will be invited to a 4 hour/day/4 week "BootCamp".
