Data Analyst, Process Expert

• Data flow analysis • Lead the subproject “Data Analysis” and collaborate with data analysts • Analyze the end-to-end data flow of the main process “Provide Connection” and design the organizational integration of data management into the customer service organization • Identify and document relevant interfaces and applications along the connection processes for each customer segment • Identify and document relevant tables and data fields for each process step and IT system • Build a data quality monitor and define quality criteria for each relevant data field • Coordinate data cleansing initiatives for identified data discrepancies • Review provided data models (e.g., within Process Mining boards) and perform gap analyses against defined requirements • Support the “Frontend” subproject • Analyze the input data currently captured within the network connection processes for all customer segments • Identify existing gaps in data collection • Account for future adjustments driven by cross-cutting projects • Source required missing data in current processes

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Process Mining (e.g., Celonis)
  • Experience building and optimizing data management processes and organizational structures
  • Practical experience in data analytics, Python and SQL
  • Extensive project experience with data standards, process models and data warehouse environments
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with data analysis software
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience in agile software development projects
