Program Manager – Portfolio Marketing

Aledade, Inc.

• Coordinate project execution and task management for the Portfolio Marketing team using Agile methodology • Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners through systematic project management, Monday.com administration, and operational process optimization • Support strategic initiatives through tactical project coordination and workflow management • Enable the creative team to focus on high-impact strategic content development while maintaining operational excellence across all portfolio marketing initiatives • Maintain operational calendars, project timelines, and ensure proactive stakeholder alignment on deliverables and milestones

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Operations, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in project management, program coordination, or operations role with demonstrated success
  • Mandatory: Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) OR demonstrable experience successfully managing Agile projects
  • Required: Advanced proficiency in Monday.com OR extensive hands-on experience with similar project management platforms (Asana, Wrike, Basecamp, Jira)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams, departments, and external partners in fast-paced environments
