Affiliate Program Manager – Influencer Marketing
AWISEE
• Design, launch, and manage affiliate programs for AWISEE clients and AWISEE’s own traffic and content platforms • Set up and operate affiliate platforms and tracking systems (e.g. Impact, Partnerize, CJ, ShareASale, Trackdesk, Rewardful) • Build and scale AWISEE’s internal affiliate funnel to monetise high-volume website traffic and partner content • Build and optimise the full affiliate lifecycle: tracking, attribution, payouts, and reporting • Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and affiliates on a performance basis • Develop commission structures, incentive models, and partner tiers for both client and internal programs • Work closely with influencer managers to convert creators into long-term, scalable affiliate partners • Monitor and optimise KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, partner performance, fraud prevention • Produce clear, actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders • Test and scale new acquisition and monetisation channels within the affiliate and creator ecosystem
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing programs
- Proven experience setting up affiliate programs from scratch and scaling them
- Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking, attribution models, and platform integrations
- Experience working with influencers and creator-led performance campaigns
- Experience monetising owned traffic, content, or publisher platforms is a strong plus
- Comfortable managing budgets, commissions, and ROI-driven growth targets
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and optimisation
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
