What the day will look like The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for delivering the Aon PEP 401(k) Plan to a portfolio of participating employers. CSMs are the main client contact for service delivery and work closely with Aon PEP leaders and our service partners to deliver a high-quality, mark-leading 401(k) experience. In addition, the Client Service Manager must: - Have a strong command of client objectives - Stay current on 401(k) regulatory and legislative landscape - Have at least 5 years of experience in retirement consulting, plan management, and client service - Have skills and judgment to recognize how to appropriately support clients through complex 401(k) regulatory and administrative issues - Have the analytical and organizational skills to understand how to monitor, review, and identify 401(k) administrative concerns - Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tracking multiple deliverables and inquiries across multiple clients and participants at one time - Manage special projects, such as plan design changes, plan amendments, custom communications, educational webinars, payroll corrections, and merger & acquisition support In this role, you will expand your knowledge of 401(k) plan design, administration, compliance, and procedures. You will also work directly with clients and third-party vendors, serving as a project manager and resource. Experience in the 401(k) industry is required, as you will have a fair amount of discretion in ensuring plan compliance across participant employers and delivering high quality services. How we support our colleagues The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000-$90,000 annually. Salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
