• Strategic account management including C-level: establishing, maintaining, and expanding long-term relationships to drive revenue growth • Development of account plans • Analysis of market and competitive developments • Driving initiatives for new markets and products • Revenue and results responsibility: planning, steering, and controlling revenue and profitability • Regular forecasting and budget responsibility • Contract and price negotiations: leading annual and framework agreement negotiations • Development of customer-specific proposals • Pricing and costing for individual inquiries and tenders • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain • Business Development: identifying new business opportunities, up- and cross-selling potential, and supporting product launches.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in key account management with a focus on technical and software sales
- Confident and professional handling of key accounts
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as strong networking abilities
- Strategic-analytical, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Good knowledge of business fundamentals as well as product and project management skills
- High willingness to travel; flexible location, as responsibility covers the entire country
