As the SEO Senior Specialist you will: - Campaign Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of sophisticated SEO campaigns, from initial research and strategy through implementation and analysis. Oversee all aspects of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to achieve and exceed client objectives. - Performance Tracking & Optimization: Continuously monitor SEO performance metrics, identify trends, and implement advanced optimization techniques. Leverage data from SEO tools and analytics platforms to fine-tune strategies and ensure the highest possible rankings, traffic, and conversions. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Deliver comprehensive and insightful SEO reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to proactively adjust strategies and recommend innovative solutions. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and digital marketers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of website management. Provide expert guidance on SEO implications of design, content, and technical changes. - Client Communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discussions on SEO strategy, performance, and future initiatives. Prepare and present detailed reports, strategies, and recommendations, ensuring clients are informed, engaged, and aligned with proposed actions. Professional Qualifications: - 4-5 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing. - Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions - Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams. The hiring salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
